Having booked 4 days in advance, having sent an Agoda life message the same morning, I expected a welcome from them.Zero. Nothing. No one knew about my reservation. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was shown around 3 rooms wanting to offer me the one I had paid for.I had sent a message to the hotel via Agoda at 8:30 am, still not read at 7:30 pm.Dirty pool. We can't even see the bottom.No breakfast buffet: miserable plate 😱A HUGE SCAM compared to the price.Avoid at all costs.

It sits right in front of many tourist attractions with an authentic Thai culture themed design. The breakfast was a decent buffet with quite some choices, and the staffs were all very friendly and supportive. The best part of the hotel was to sit by the pool and read a book or chat with friends when it's getting chill at night. There were only small flaws but it is nothing while the price is so low. I would definitely go there again.
