I stayed here for 1 night as had an early flight. Room was very clean with large fridge and tea / coffee making facilities. Supermarket close by. The hotel also offers a free airport drop off service. …

The place is very close to the airport. They have a free transportation service to and from the airport. The workers are very excellent, helpful and cooperative..Cons: Noisy from airplanes🛫🛬🚀

Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Very poor customer service. We booked a room for our family with kids to freshen up as we were flying out a few hours later but they insisted we pay for another room as they would only allow a maximum of 2 people in the room. The lady at the front was extremely rude as well as 2 other guys that were at the front yelling at us in Thai when we were discussing our case. Would never recommend this place and would recommended Phuket airport hotel as a much friendlier and better service hotel for a quick short stay
