The air conditioner cools slowly but in the long run it will be cold. Details about the room 700 baht without breakfast Key deposit 200 baht As for the ceiling, it's gaping in many places. The door is difficult to open and lock.

Very dirty, mosquitoes and cockroaches, the bathroom smells bad. Endured the stench all night, called to report it, but nothing was done. Requested to move to upgrade room but couldn't, told I had to make a new reservation. The price isn't right. It's cheap, like going to stay at a hotel, 3-4 hundred baht per night. Whoever wants to stay, think carefully. There are mysteries too. The room is even more frightening. We diligently turned on the TV all night, and woke up at 5 a.m. to find the TV turned off by itself.

Entering the front of the hotel beautifully The real room doesn't match the description haha. You're too good at taking photos. From being haunted like a motel in the provinces It has become classy from the cover.At first there won't be a review. I met a service employee right away. I'm asking for a real review. Open the room to find a large lizard. Yellow mattress with stains and placing food that costs money It's easily misunderstood..** Employees who don't know about billing should not be so harsh. We are patient and polite to call. The answer was that the customer would do it himself. The hotel has no information. In the end, it was the hotel that didn't understand the system itself. Didn't receive any apology at all**.Anyone who stays anywhere You should really read the reviews. Many people have encountered the same thing and are laughing to themselves. If they had read the reviews first, they wouldn't have had such a headache with a hotel like this.

I stayed only one night . The location and service was good . The cafe is also good . But the room is not really ok. I stayed in room no. D18. I got the dust smell when I came into room . When I open the aircorn, it feel the dust more. The air-corn is noisy! The bed is not clean. Anyway I tried to sleep that night. 🥹 I check-out around 6Am in the morning.

The rooms are very small and on the website there is no picture of the room price. Include cheap rooms but include pictures of expensive rooms. Sleeping like a storage room The wifi doesn't work anymore.

It's like the employees choose the service.The Nordic room is small like a mouse hole and not worth the price. There is a mattress but it's like sleeping with an iron attached to a small iron bed. I've slept elsewhere for the same price, much better than this. #Think about taking a break and thinking carefully first.

The room looks luxurious from the outside. The room is not clean. The toilet has feces stuck in it. The bathroom was so smelly that asking for a change of towels was not complete. front serviceThe front desk sucks. Don't know room details I don't know anything. Most importantly, keep the key deposit and cash. If you don't have cash, don't stay. There are no porters or luggage carts. Waiting for the day of failure. You can only get the location because it's next to the main road.Prices and rooms and services are really opposites. (no breakfast)

Look on Google and the price says 643.Arrived at the counter and said 790.I'm confused.And the food in the room that is for sale should have a clearly separated corner and there should be letters or large messages that clearly communicate that it's not free food. If you eat it, it's a clear price.It's like deceiving consumers who are not happy at all.

Visited in April 2024. This hotel is located along the main road, about 30 minutes by car from central Bangkok. Even though it's listed as a 5-star hotel, you can stay there for 800 baht a night, which is a novelty for Google standards.I was disappointed that I didn't have time to use the pool or cafe. The cafe menu at the breakfast venue looked very delicious. The room is a little small, but it is well-cleaned and comfortable. I want a partition between the shower and toilet. The view during construction was also disappointing.Comparing it to a 5 star hotel that costs 8000 baht per night is nonsense. It was a good hotel that exceeded expectations.

Terrible,the room was too scary unlike in the review pictures.It’s like a scamming. My vacation was broken down because of this hotel. 😡- Bad and scary interior design- Dirty bathroom- feel like haunted- expensive, when compared to what I got- moderate service- lacking of power plug for charging (not enough, has around 1-2 plugs)- noisy (the wall doesn’t prevent sounds from outside)- feel unsafe2.5/10 so disappointingbtw, the cafe at the front is quite good. That’s all. (food)

Employees around 1:56 a.m.Ask for a downgrade of stars.Reason: The verbs, tone of voice, facial expressions are not correct even though I called to reserve. The price announced verbally is cheaper than what was reserved. It's not serious.I feel sorry for the owner. If the service is not ready, don't do it.

Stop by and stay for a while. Reserved through Booking and said the price was good. At the counter they said that you can book directly and get a special price. The staff gave very good recommendations. Upgrade to stay on the fifth floor at the new building.
