The room was not clean. Outside the balcony there was bird droppings everywhere. The bathroom can't flush the toilet. At night, I'll call to inform you. The phone couldn't be used. It's just for show. I told the hotel to do it before I went to pick up my husband at the airport. When I got back to the room, I didn't do it. I have to come down and say it again. The restaurant was not delicious. The swimming pool was closed for renovations. Everything said is not provided as per the reviews. Booked a suite room but got a double bed room. Husband booked through the app. Came to see the real thing that didn't match the cover at all. Dirty, not clean, not impressed....let me tell you.

The housekeeper made the room in a hurry, not clean, and in such a hurry that she forgot to leave the bathroom cleaner + in such a hurry that she forgot to prepare towels and made the bed very badly.The 13-year-old at home can still organize better than this.4. The rooms are not clean, we need to wipe the desks, cabinets, towel rack etc. It seems that they did not properly clean it after the renovation. The receptionist can't speak in English and not really accommodating. The restaurant closes early as well.

Had the opportunity to stay for 3 weeks. The room was quite old. But not very old It's like they didn't clean it as much as they should before staying. The blankets and pillowcases had a lot of dust. But the atmosphere outside is good. Everyone in the hotel provides good service.
