Very bad service Especially the ladyboys at reception have no effort to help customers at all. The Wi-Fi doesn't work and they say mine still works and the whole building can use it. Hit the face and ignore the customer. There was no attempt to solve the problem, so all I can say is that I don't know what to do. There is no immediate problem-solving skills at all. Find that customers use their emotions but don't look at their own behavior. Because this person will make no one want to use your hotel's services.

Spent an awesome 2 weeks there in March 2021. Good food, caring staff, large rooms. Turns out, the 14-day quarantine was the most relaxing time in my adult life.

It has completely become a residence for Chinese tour group tourists. It is too remote and has absolutely nothing. The hotel hygiene is also very average. There are hairs in the bathtub. The breakfast in the restaurant is also very average. It is not recommended to stay here.

The service staff is good and cute. They say it's better to sleep in building 2. The tour is loud and you can't sleep. The mattress is soft and soul-sucking. The room price is 990 baht including breakfast. The breakfast will be bland. It's like the taste that Chinese people eat. Overall, it's good.

We had an overall good experience over the course of 2 nights. The rooms were very spacious and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The room was very clean and had plenty of towels available for use also.The building itself looks well maintained and everything functioned properly as well.Theres a nice cafe downstairs that is decorated nicely and served very good food although their selection is limited at an acceptable price.The only aspect i would suggest for improvement would be the staff's professionalism in communication. They slightly forgot we had to check in despite booking a week in advance and also got the number of nights wrong. However all was resolved quickly with no issues.Would come by again if we need to stop in this area for the night!

This is a good hotel for tourists., students. Because near 7-11, many restaurants, saloon, shops.This hotel inside and outside both good. Neat and clean. Service people are also good. Adjacent restaurant. Car parking and reception area are big and spacey. Also a meeting room and adjacent a good restaurant.

I booked this hotel for my quarantine and they did change my hotel to one of their hotel. I don’t know what’s happened but i was so disappointed that the room that they move me to, is so old, dirty or not clean. Staff are lazy. I mean i have to wait for them to bring my stuffs that i order for 30 mins since they deliver. Also, i have to wait for breakfast for 30 mins. And i hadn’t gotten it because i have to leave. Also, they tried to tell me like yeah you can check out asap or even now at 6 am. I’m like, i should have been serve my breakfast before i leave, right? That’s that deal. I couldn’t go out and buy the food to eat myself, you’re not serving me. How can i suppose to eat?Bad service!

We booked 7 days but only needed 5 days . There was no problem with canceling 2 days. They promised to refund money for 2 days within a week. Its been 6 weeks now and still no money. Send messeges but now answers. Called but redirected to wrong number or asked to call later. Avoid !
