Be careful booking your rooms have old rooms and new thay charged me 700 for the nicer room showed photos off new but put you in and old room breakfast was good staff friendly experience for what it is

Close to the airport, convenient to travel, the room is not worth the price, paid 2200 baht, the room is spacious, clean, but the problem is that the balcony door can't be locked 3502 and the balcony is full of bird droppings, very dirty. And since the room can't be locked, why do you dare to sell it? After sleeping for one night, I woke up only to realize that I didn't lock the room. Who would have thought that the room couldn't be locked? I've never met the front desk staff. There was an aunt who was a bit older, chubby, and spoke very curtly as if she didn't want to serve. Plus the lobby is extremely hot. Why don't you turn on the air conditioning? 😮💨

The staff didn't say hello. Walking in was very hot. The hotel opened the sliding doors on both sides and there was no air conditioning. Most of the staff here were Burmese. The beds were on wheels. When I slept, I had back pain when moving. The beds were separated from each other. There was oil in the 2 loudspeakers. We recommend that you don't stay here, it's a waste of money.

Check in was a breeze as was reserving airport shuttle same (you add this to your check in paperwork you receive from reception staff). The hotel porter was awesome took my bags to my room turned on the aircon and explained everything about the room and hotel. My room exceeded my expectations. I will stay here next time I need a Bangkok Airport Hotel. Highly recommended.

Hotel without any particularity, not very luxurious. No water in the room upon arrival. But repaired quickly.WIFI INOPERATING: broken. Inconvenient for a transit.No breakfast before 7 or 8 a.m. (a small pack is still given to us)Only positive point: the shuttle every hour (at 30: 5:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m....) which only takes 10 minutes to drop you off (book in advance, because ours was overbooked)Hotel well located for a night of transit
