I sent a message in advance saying I would arrive at 2 AM, but no one was at the counter. They didn't answer the phone when I called the hotel. I couldn't check in, and they refused to refund me. The experience of staying in hotels has been to many places, but this is the first place where I have encountered very poor service. Everything is not suitable for hotel services. I pity the people who are booking accommodation with here and are about to reserve something that is not. Good in memory, really bad service

I'm tired and tired of seeing a room like this. The water flows very little, almost not flowing at all. The sink will fall down anyway. The counter has no employees and no contact number for you. There is no dressing mirror. The towels are very musty, but it's still good to ask for additional pillows. The price is not worth it at all. 3/10 Whoever comes to stay, think again.

The dormitory is in a very deep alley from the main road. The water in the room hardly flows. Not worth the price The staff does not speak Thai clearly. But try to communicate There is no receptionist. Have to press outside to call. Overall, it's bad. Go stay somewhere else instead. It's a little more expensive but overall it's better.

Brought customers to you. They've been here a long time, but there's no staff to guard the lobby. Can't check in. There's no staff. There's no contact phone number. The number I called didn't answer.

NONONO DO NOT BOOK.They take your money and then when you arrive they tell you that they don't have a reservation and to call whoever made the reservation. I'm still waiting for my money back from booking.Shameful. Spend a little more, there's one across the street called Maraya 3, beautiful. Or you find an economical solution but not this. They steal your money.
