Rental of 18 nights in a suite room with balcony. First problem, our room was located on the 4th floor without an elevator (and this was not specified in the advertisement)... forcing us to carry our six suitcases up and down ourselves. Then, the toilets gave off a pestilential odor (our report did not resolve the problem). The balcony was covered in pigeon droppings (a bird's corpse was even discovered).. we had to insist on having the balcony cleaned since we did not have the appropriate equipment. Breakfast was offered, but it only came in the form of Asian noodles, instant coffee and tea bags (we were never able to get bread even though there should have been some). Also bring your cutlery if you want to eat in your room. You have to pay extra 200 THB for room cleaning because you are not in the hotel. Finally, both swimming pools remained empty during our stay (may be due to the freezing water temperature). Note also the provision of a ping-pong table and a treadmill.Regarding the cleanliness and equipment of the room, there is nothing to say.

The entrance sign is not clear, dark, the room deposit is returned very slowly. This matter should be improved. Just transfer money in less than 5 minutes. The air conditioner is not very cold. Everything else is usable.

Very poor housekeeping. No fresh towels. I finally put my garbage bins in the hallway so they would get emptied. My room was never cleaned the 4 days I was there. I will never go back

Very thin walls, ceiling and doors. They are so thin you can talk to your next room neighbor through wall. You can hear their phone vibrate on the table. You will know when they brush their teeth or take a shower. It's really mind boggling. Likewise they will know everything you are doing too.

The rooms are very good. The service is very impressive. clean swimming pool The room is private. Good safety, very clean, there are rooms to choose from that are quite exactly what you want, plus the price is very good, probably the best in the Pak Nam area here.

I don't recommend staying here unless you have your own transportation. Everything is far and money adds up going to and from Bangkok. It'd be better to spend the extra money in an area that's more convenient. The Pak Nam station is nearby, but it costs 118 baht for 2 people to get to Bangkok (depending on destination). Grab also costs a lot as well. I ordered from FoodPanda once since it was cheaper, but the order ended up getting cancelled because they couldn't find the place. Receptionist also didn't offer to help when she overheard and watched me try and explain to the driver. I found her to be rude and unhelpful. There was one worker who was always working and cleaning, while the others just talked in the office on their phones. It's definitely not a welcoming atmosphere. It's best if you know some Thai for this place. I recommend using Grab as they are way better navigators. The room was clean and it was so nice to have a washer, but the whole stay the room only got cleaned once and it was later in the afternoon. They don't give you more toilet paper either. Neighbors were noisy and playing loud music at really late hours. If anyone is above you, you will hear the pipes. The tv also didn't work for me. The pool was a nice touch, but it had mold and build up on the sides. It's not in a private place either so the staff and those passing through the lobby would see you. Every time I went swimming they'd stare. There were 3 other men that made me uncomfortable, especially during breakfast hours, which are from 8:30am-12pm. They would linger outside of the breakfast area and wouldn't go inside until I had left. They kept staring at me as well just watching me. There are appliances for breakfast like a toaster, microwave, bowls, plates, utensils, and hot water. The food that are out are bread and noodles. There are cups for coffee or water as well. There are 7/11's just a little walk away in either direction. There's a little outside food court when you go to the right. To the left you will come across a cafe, but it's pricey. If you keep walking to the left you'll come across the police station and other buildings. The owner does respond quickly!

The location is good, there is parking, the accommodation looks new, there are housekeepers who clean, sweep, mop, but do not change the bedsheets. The blanket and pillow cover made it smell very musty. Sleeping and breathing difficultly, not daring to cover with a blanket that looks like it has been used for a long time. This is very not okay. When I woke up, breakfast was cold like I had stayed in the night and had it warmed up for us to eat. I didn't dare eat this one. Because we came to see at 7 o'clock and saw that there were people sweeping and mopping, but the food was very cold and the restaurant smelled and was not pleasant to sit in.

It is a relatively calm room. A little mysterious The room we booked is room 9305, which has a washing machine and complete furniture. On the day of booking, we were greeted by the lady who is the owner. They are very attentive and friendly. I would like to deduct 1 star because the pillows in the room have a musty smell. And in the details it says that there is ironing equipment. But the truth is that it is a collective iron. Place it in the walkway in front of the elevator. Breakfast is included in the room downstairs, with instant noodles, eggs, instant coffee, cookies, bread and jam. There's also a microwave available. Overall, it is a very interesting place to stay.

It's very good. Cleanliness is good. There's a washing machine as well. 2 swimming pools Located in a quiet, uncrowded alley. Close to the Naval Academy, very suitable for anyone taking their children to take the exam. You can even walk. I recommend it.

The accommodations are good but the service is very poor. There's a lot of confusion. P.S. Reply and listen to customer opinions. Don't just think of the main part. I understand that there are a lot of rules. Some things that can help take care of customers should be taken care of. We are not going to stay and damage your belongings. There are no replacement towels for a 5 day stay so they won't get dirty at all. Sweat stains, chia stains. and the water issue that we raised It was placed on the floor where we stayed and we didn't leave the keycard. I thought that the accommodation was kind enough to prepare water for us, but we couldn't get into the room to get it. Still praising him. After a while, the employee came to ask for a refund. Bottle of water is less than 10 baht. To the point of crying? Stayed for many nights, only one bottle of water was given to each person. I'm sorry I misunderstood, I already apologized when the staff came to get the water. And just drinking water, we have stayed almost all over the country and have never had anything like this. Other places also have a swimming pool, fitness center, breakfast, and the price is 500 baht (but we stayed in many rooms for many nights), but they don't have many like this. Friendly service, it makes us feel warm and want to stay again. If you don't want to serve us, that's okay. We're happy. This is our first hotel review. Go check it out. And what about the word "companies"? It's also not polite. That is, if we don't listen to your feelings in providing services, that's okay. I sympathize with the accommodation. But I'm also embarrassed. Sigh. #I reviewed it myself.
