My wife and I had a great time and experience at this resort! I’ve just been reading all of these terrible reviews and can’t believe them…The staff—Super friendly—Ling in particular has been nothing but kind and sweet. She can help you to organize anything to do in this town—and cheaply!I am giving the location 4 stars only because it’s not ON the beach, but so what?! A 20 minute walk never hurt anyone and what you can see and eat on the way 💯 makes up for it!

This is a gem! Lovely staff. We stayed in a bungalow and the resort was almost like a private resort just for us because of low season. Beautiful and clean pool, always maintained. Yes, there are bugs but also geckos to eat them. We did have one gecko in our room but we thought it was so cute. AC worked amazing! Just kind the doors and get some spray and or incense spirals. My husband only got one bite here and he usually gets eaten alive. Also, you’re in Southeast Asia people! Nice 10 min walk to beach, you get to see all the shops and restaurant options. If the restaurants harass you just don’t look at them or engage. Then they stop. I would definitely stay here again.Only ONE thing negative I have to say: the breakfast is not good at all. In the low season no nice spread. Only cereal, gross coffee. You have a choice of egg plates and such, but not a fan of their idea of breakfast. Not just here, other places even in Bangkok. Good breakfast is usually more fancy tourist places. A real supermarket is next store, sort of Whole Foods like.Solid stay, thank you!

We have stayed in this resort, it's a beautiful place, Highly recommended. Bungalow is huge, comfy super king size bed, good sitting outside and just few steps to the pool. Pool is bit small but nobody around so for us private pool😉. Tasty breakfast.Staff is very nice and housekeeping great, everyday we got linen change.Good location, in the middle of everything but bungalows are located to the other side, you can get good sleep. 500 m from the beach, bars, restaurants and shops are just steps out from resort.It's a beautiful resort, Room is clean location is just 5mins walk to the beach. It is along the main Ao Nang Street so it's really convenient place to stay. Check in was a breeze.I would rate it 5 stars if the price becomes a little bit more competitive as there are now more and more chalets kinda of resorts coming up and they are new. You will need to improve on your game a little!I will definitely be back here again when I return to Krabi.

Worst experience! Bad rooms, deceptive pictures on Youtube. Small matchbox size rooms! No wardrobe to keep luggage, No safety deposit locker for documents like passport and foreign currency, AC’s not working. Hardly any water from taps in the wash basin, huge gaps in the doors so as to allow insects from the outside wilderness to crawl in. 2000 Tbh taken as deposit for an entry level hotel like AONANG PARADISE! This is over and above the full advance payment made by us! Staff is very Racist and Unpleasant! We had a LIZARD IN THE ROOM! We left the hotel in the middle of the night and checked into a decent 4 star property. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WISH FOR A HAPPY UNINTURRUPTED VACATION. I have nothing good to say about the hotel! If there was an option I would give it a minus star!

First of all I booked this hotel for my honeymoon, 4 days 3 days.. and made some special requests, but until I go and check no response from them, when I checked in I asked and they say will try to arrange something for us , which they didn’t .1) room F1, checked in , went out and return around 7pm to room to find room full of mosquitoes and ants roaming around , floor and corner with spider web and dirty. Bed frame and other cabinets made from cement ( yes cement) not even real frame .A opening at the side of the main door, u can even see from outside , of coz mosquito will happily come in . Poor toilet with low water pressure , can even use the bidet. When I taking shower no hot water . Then got things crawling on top on your ceiling, can hear clearly .~~spoken to receptionist, reason given a lot of people using water, that’s why pressure low, they given mosquito repellent, get to know need to click a button to get hot water.Then I contacted Agoda to help me, bcz I wanted to check out and get my refund , but it didn’t happen . I even ask the front desk to refund and cancel bcz I cnnt stay here anymore, they say no.2) They shift us to another room, A2, at its look nice , better then the first room.. so we went out and came back at night to get the shower, thennnnn the water didn’t drain, and the shower place become a pool.. haizzzx . We fed up and went to bed to find the Aircond not chill at all, u can’t feel anything from the Aircond , thank God I bought my portable small fan, it help is to sleep.. And the 3rd night same issue, toilet pool with water, suddenly water stops, called the front desk they say will check, after some time we got water back in toilet but it was dirty ( I hv the pic). So so dirty 🥴.3) 2nd and 3rd day no room service , they didn’t clean, they didn’t top up mineral water , no coffee tea. Nothing lah.. Bad Aircond .. overall it’s a nightmare .Agoda should take action on this hotel, or remove them from Agoda list, I hoping I will be compensated for this miserable stay. The pic shown nothing as in the person . Bad breakfast (don’t take breakfast, better eat out) .That’s all.

At first we were put in one room, it was just terrible!! Dirt, doors with cracks, I'm afraid to imagine how many insects crawled in thereThen we were moved to another one, it was not too better, but in comparison with the first one they agreed, and there was not much choice, we made a request on agoda for the money to be returned - the owners rejected the requestThere are ants in the room, mold, the bed is washed, the air conditioning also barely works, there is pressure in the shower, but it’s also not very comfortableBreakfast: Normal, basically everything you need to eat, scrambled eggs, croissants, pancakes, toast, etc.The pool was also amazing! Such a beautiful view from it and so unkempt. the pool is like a bathtub, by the afternoon it is hot and cloudy, does not cool at allKeep this in mind, since in Ao Nang after 15 you are unlikely to swim due to low tideOn the plus side, the area itself is very green, bungalow-type houses, it’s a shame that they are so poorly maintained, potentially it would be a very good placeThere are cats, fish and a parrot, one cat lives in the house, the second runs around the territoryI understand that this is a budget hotel, but I was shocked at how inconsistent it was with the photos on booking sites

Very well located hotel, room in the form of a quite charming bungalow. On the other hand, some improvements would not be refused such as cleaning the swimming pool, changing the sheets when there are stains on them, flow of water in the shower not sufficient to wash your hair quickly but everything else is charming as well as the staff who are very accommodating and attentive.
