Super location but I think the prices are overpriced. The rooms, food, drinks are way too expensive for what you get for your money. The service is excellent! The location is outstanding! I think with a higher focus on maintenance you could easily bring it back to the standard you are paying for.

Beautiful place, the best breakfasts, not many people. The room cleaning and service could be better. Because it is situated in a bay there is one downside that is annoying - monkey trail (it is a pretty long walk up and down by stairs to get to the nearest shop or cafe). This place is worth its money.

Pathetic, if you get this kind of welcome at check-in, it’s a major disappointment. There is no car way to this hotel, only a boat goes till the hotel. Till here it sounds really exciting right? But here’s the catch, the boat is limited to only two hours Per trip frequency, so even if you are tired from a long journey and waiting to check-in, you will have to wait at the pure for too long hours and the boat, which is hardly five minutes trip till the hotel will go only on schedule time and not take you in for check-inin any given situation. For a five star property charging so much, this is way lower than expectation.The only 5 star in the world with No welcome drinks, not even water at check in with long waiting time.

The resort has an incredible aura - surrounded by limestone cliffs, jungle and sea, it feels like a paradise on earth. Unfortunately, however, it is getting old. The room wasn't really clean: the shower and sink were full of limescale and looked like they hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in 20 years. The closet door was broken, as was the lock on the sliding door. The whirlpool on the balcony looked nice, but unfortunately it didn't work - this was also the case with our friends who also had a whirlpool on the balcony.I'm by no means fussy or overly concerned with cleanliness, but in this case you really couldn't miss the flaws. Another negative point was the first room: we had booked a room with a sea view, but upon arrival we discovered that our view was so blocked by plants and palm trees that we might as well have taken a room with a garden view.When we raised these and other problems with the room at reception, Mr. Boom dismissed us with a dismissive tone and arrogant demeanor. After we had no more nerve and didn't want to stoop to his level, we asked if there was a room in a higher category that we would be willing to pay for. Mr. Boom said no and said there were no other rooms and we would have to live with our room. When I showed him online that there were still rooms available, he suddenly had nothing more to say and reluctantly booked us a room in the higher category. This room had the same problems, but at least a better view.The positive was the breakfast in the morning, which we really enjoyed.All in all, I wouldn't recommend the resort to anyone. It's old and run down.

Rated this hotel from my personal experience.The 5 star hotel. The worst of all those I visited in Thailand NOTHING RECOMMENDED.The room is old and quite dirty, the slippers in the room used by the previous guest gave the feeling of being in terrible conditions. There are much better hostels in Spain, supposedly luxury suites. I attach photos of the bathroom and the entrance door to more or less give a couple of details of the general condition of it. You don't need to apologize, I went down to the reception and asked for the manager to convey my complaints and solve my problem and they didn't help me. To assess something positive, I would say that it is its environment, but nothing more than that. Hotel not recommended

My husband and I were laying by the pool when we were offered a two-for-one massage at the spa and couldn’t say no! It was almost two hours of bliss (and a little bit of worthwhile pain). A wonderful experience overall and we were very well cared for.

To sum it up, I don't recommend it. First of all, it's dirty. The room and bathroom weren't cleaned very well, and on the second day, there was no towel and it was uncomfortable. The water in the pool was also very dirty and no one cleaned up the floats. The sunbeds were dirty and old, too. I even couldn't enter the room because the room key wasn't working, and there was no electricity in the room, and there was no light on and no air conditioning. One day, a really big cockroach came out of the room. But there was no proper apology or action. I made over 20 concierge calls, but they didn't answer my calls. The food in the hotel is overpriced and the taste is just that, so it's better to eat outside. The scenery and the hotel itself are so special and cool, but I don't recommend anything else.In short, not recommended. First of all, it's dirty. Currently staying here stranded, the hotel staff is not helpful at all, needed some things but due to rains their speedboat service is shut.However, for anything you need they tell you to cross the monkey trail which is a challenging steep route in the hills at your own risk in heavy rains.Their service is pathetic to an extent I was so unwell and requested them to transfer me back they refused to do so.... Their service at best is of a 2 star hotel, not five star. If you're an Indian traveller, do not come here. Their is nothing to do nearby, no pharmacy also... the hotel doesn't help you.The reception is extremely rude, and inhouse you ask for a buggy you need 30 mins before you can even move about.And in an emergency situation you call the reception to speak with manager, their manager is always busy. Not attending doing inhouse chores instead of helping customerThe hotel needs to change their rating to a 2 star. Extremely disappointed.
