The service staff was very good. The room was good. There was a hair dryer to use as well. Stuck in the morning when the cleaning staff made loud noises. It's like someone came and smashed the door. I was startled.😂

A hotel with a pool and shuttle service near Suvarnabhumi Airport. There seem to be a lot of people staying overnight without meals, many arriving on late-night flights, or staying overnight before going to the airport, and staff are on standby 24 hours a day to provide transportation from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Masu. We also had a late-night flight from Kansai International Airport, so we stayed one night with a shuttle included. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was a reasonable 120 baht.Even if you're staying without meals, there's a coffee shop inside the hotel, so you can have breakfast in the morning, and there's a pool in front of it, so you can swim and tan. There is also a garden, so you can relax there!The location is a little far from the main road, but it doesn't really matter as there is a shuttle service after all. There are so many dogs out there as you stroll around that it's irresistible for dog lovers. There are small food stalls and a convenience store that looks like a candy store, so you might be able to buy something there and eat it in your room. We bought some cup noodles and gaiyan to take home. The pot in the room was broken, so I couldn't boil water, but there was hot water available at the entrance, so I was able to eat cup noodles without any problems.

Booked for 3 nights and felt very disappointed. Not very comfortable with the bathroom. There was so much fungus in the tile crevices and in the sink that I didn't feel like going to the bathroom. Inside the room is clean, smells good. But the bathroom should be cleaned better than this.

So far this hotel is very good near airport with almost free pick drop to suvarnabhumi.Staff is good. Service is good. It has a good swimming pool. You can play snooker here. Enjoyed short stay and would.come again!!!

Most of the bad reviews is about the rude and disrespectful behavior of the staff especially that girl at the reception area. I wonder what is the owner of this hotel doing about this since the complains are the same from 5 years ago until now. I stayed for a day only but I already witnessed it today as they were having loud argument with some chinese folks at the counter. Expensive food and will do their best to charge you about anything they want to charge you. Not recommended.

Good, good room, clean, only mistake.That day we went to 3 places and arrived more than 1 hour early.Collect excess fees I'm happy to pay, but..The front desk should be improved. The front desk employees should have more responsibility. Leave the parcel in two boxes but I'll give you just one box. Item went wrong and I missed the plane to England. until returning to Chiang Mai Should have checked better. Colored notes should be made. This way, we made a mistake because we didn't check the parcel first to see how many pieces there were because the time was so short. But I should have paid more attention.
