Great outing today with Bill this morning! We went mountain biking through "DekDoi" track loop nearby Aoi's Homestay.Well,the track is mostly dirt track with some part cement paved. I was not worried for one moment if I would get crushed from passing by vehicles because the track is set off the busy main road so it is very safe to ride at any level of speed(I've rode at turtles speed though,not because I was worried about safety but I was also amazed by views) The track is perfect mix between up-down hill which I would like to define the track as a path to ranch! While I was riding along the track I also amazed views of rural life such as rice cultivation, cattle farms,villager settlement etc. There are also lots of trees spreading thier lush covered over most of the track that's why we didn't suffer from the heat so much. Bill is very fit and managed the track so well he never had to walk his bike,unlike myself I walked my bike over 100 times and he is very wise on keeping the condition of my bike good,he provided many simple tips to me checking on bike conditions before and after ride,his knowledge amazed me.Hornestly, I love views!

Just spent a couple of days at Aoi's homestay had a fantastic stay.Have spent a month backpacking around Thailand this is the cleanest and friendliest place i have stayed.If you want a taste of real thailand relaxed and beautiful surroundings you won't be disappointed the hospitality of Aoi and Bill is second to none and the attention to detail in there beautiful home is fantastic.thank you for a wonderful time.

Great courtyard, spacious room, good location, quite quiet at night without light pollution, you can watch the starry sky in the courtyard, the owner and his wife are very nice and talkative, the price is high, it is worth staying here for one night.

EXCELLENT PLACE to stay in Chiang Mai! My family and I enjoyed ourselves every second of our stay, both Aoi and Bill (the owners) are extremely welcoming, lovely and ready to help you with every detail of your stay. Delicious breakfast, and dinner, the only downside for us was having to leave... :)

Bill and Aoi are great, they make us feel like home, you will not regret staying there, for kids is great, a lot of space and also a big pond with fishes. wonderfull place!!!

A very beautiful place, with charming hosts who, in addition to having a lot of humor, know how to make you feel at home! They are very attentive and give good advice. The room is pleasant and well decorated. I recommend!

My sister and I just finished our stay at Aoi’s. Can’t recommend it enough . Friendly , if not sarcastic , Brit and thai couple with a beautiful compound they opened to the public. Delicious meals and local knowledge.The property is covered in various fruit trees and a lovely little pond in middle. No frills bungalow with tatami style bedding was simply and comfortable. Would defiantly come back or stay longer if schedule allowed
