Stayed at Doi Kaew View Resort many times. I was impressed from the first time. The owner's service was very friendly. Then every time I come to Mae Taeng, I have to stay here. It feels like I'm staying at my sister's, brother's, family's house. I go to the kitchen and cook and eat by myself. How warm? Come to Mae Taeng, I recommend this place..awesome..

Nice charming place. Really helpful and nice people managing the place. I came by bicycle and they helped me to order food. They have nice cabins. No luxury but all you need. The type I really enjoy staying at.

The atmosphere is shady and quiet. The house has many rooms to choose from. There is an extra mattress provided. Good price. The owner takes care of it very well.

The resort is a wooden house priced at 500 baht. It's a little spooky. There's mold growing on the wooden floor in the bathroom and there's dust.There is a wooden balcony at the back which is scary because it is next to another room without a fence. There are 2 sets of coffee and a kettle.The kind-hearted caretaker gave me bananas as well. Bananas are very delicious. There is no restaurant, but there is a shop where you can order rice. Take heart!! Order at 7 p.m. and eat at 8:30 p.m. and the way up to the resort is narrow and a bit steep. There is a grilling area. If you go in the winter, there will probably be fog.Overall good but personally not worth it.
