Good atmosphere, delicious food, clean place, reasonable price. Tourists who will use the service should call the raft to arrange a boat driver at least half an hour in advance. Before reaching the boat pier because there are few boat drivers and will not wait for the boat too long

Unforgettable experience kayaking capsize The boat has a hole in the head and tail and the cover is missing. We didn't know that the bystander paid the money and took it. Rowing back and forth, water entered the boat and capsized in the middle of a forty meter deep dam. Longtail boat goes to help and returns to the raft. The owner frowned as if he was annoyed, only interested in whether or not we would return the paddle to him or not. Only interested in money, not taking care of playing equipment in a ready-to-use condition which is life-threatening I'm here to warn you. I intend to keep it short and get the point across.P.S. We returned the paddle and the owner forgot to return our ID card to us. We realized when we reached the shore that we had to hire a boat to pick up our ID card again because it was getting late and the raft's phone number could no longer be reached. In summary, pay for the boat twice.

Very run down accommodation. Location on the lake is nice but don’t stay here. The place is badly maintained and the room was horrible. Dirty bed linnen with hairs, toilet bowl was loose, tap was loose etc. Food also not the best and we had to eat at 5 pm. Any later was not possible. We wanted some tea or coffee in the evening but not possible. Do not recommend.

It's probably the end.. The Ekkachai raft is very old. The accommodation has cockroaches running around. The room smells like a curse. The sheets don't smell clean at all.. On our trip there were 20 people sleeping in 3,4 rafts behind the water toys. They looked very dilapidated. No one was playing in the water, so the water looked dark and not suitable for swimming. But the scenery is very good... The children's service is ok, but the downside is that on the way back to the shore, the admin informed us that if we travel before 10:00 a.m., we have to pay for the raft ourselves, 600 baht per boat, which is not fair because on that day, There were no guests at the resort. Even if they came, they wouldn't be able to go on the same boat as us because one boat could carry 10 people...but if it weren't for us, we would stay and use water and electricity, which the resort only wastes... Finally, it was time to return to shore..the boat broke down..floating in the middle of the water near the shore...it took a long time to get to shore, which was a rather bad experience..for us..definitely not coming again..

I just used the service on Saturday, July 22, 23. Before going to inquire with the raft about all the fees that must be paid. The raft informed that there is a parking fee of 30 baht.Entrance fees, boat fees, and meals for the day and return. If you don't pay anything, please call to inquire and send a message. The details provided are really just this. But when I got to the raft The employee just informed that there must be an additional fee of 150 baht per person for the ride in case of having to play the ride. When we informed the staff that no one had reported paying for the attraction before and confirmed the evidence in the text to show the staff that we were not lying. The officials did not apologize and continued to speak ill of them. While eating, we had 2 people go rowing a boat and when it was time to pay, The raft charges food, boat fees, and ride fees for 12 people. We were informed that there were only 2 people playing until we had to inform the officials to check the CCTV that we weren't lying. So they agreed to reduce the cost of the rides from 12 people to 2 people instead. As for the average total amount of food that we paid for 12 people, it was 340 baht. After returning from using the service, we decided to try calling and checking with the raft once on Sunday. July 23, 23 What expenses must be incurred if you want to use the morning and evening service? The official informed us as usual that there is a parking fee, entrance fee, boat fee, and food fee. There was no notification of the cost of the rides. Until we had to be the ones to ask if we would have to pay any additional fees if we wanted to play in the water. The raft then informed us that we paid 150 baht per person. But if we order food, the average amount exceeds 200 baht per person. The rides are free. But yesterday we were charged the ride fee even though the average food amount was more than 200 baht, so we want to criticize the raft for giving unclear information. Pushing the blame onto customers who come to use the service and without apologizing. The service of the manager on the raft is unprofessional. Using inappropriate words and verbs Please blame everything. But I would like to praise the waitress who took my place well.

The place is like falling into a cheap hotel. More than 20 years ago, Raft 3's room almost looked broken. I don't know if I would think of renovating it to make it look more contemporary. The included dinner at the accommodation is ok, you can eat it, but it's served before 6:00 a.m. What's the point? I'm here to stay, not to camp. Eat food early in the morning, and what do you want to do in the evening? If you want to order water or food after 9 p.m., there's no one there. The breakfast is really terrible. Please change it to suit the times. Porridge has only water. Cheap sausage and fried eggsLow-end bread and jam are really eaten.Still not the worst Because what's worse and deeper than the dam floor is the administration. Hoping to get more money at once Reserve a bed and pay a lump sum according to the number of people the raft charges per head. You should prepare a boat for the number of people. Will come to people to pay more, claiming that There is only one boat around. One boat can't hold it all, so there must be 2 boats. Someone will have to pay more for the whole place. The price includes payment per head.Manage as you wish. Don't miss the customer. It won't last long. It would be good to look at other rafts around you. If you don't know how to manage It's still good to imitate.Low-level employees are very good, polite, and do everything. But the high level people sit and collect money.
