The room rate is not expensive. Located across from Bua University. The uncle and aunt who are the owners are kind. Report a water problem Uncle came to see for me. When we went in and out, we waved for the car. The room is clean.It looks like the ground floor is occupied by the owner's family. There is a little sibling. Personally, there is no problem with the sound. We got a room on the 1st floor.

Monthly dormitory 5,000 Electricity cost plus 8 baht per unit Unable to ask to see the meter myself, water from the main line flows all day until it exceeds the meter limit. There is a lot of dust in the room. The central area has things to borrow and use a microwave to heat up dishes and bowls for use. But the child is very loud. Close the door so loudly that you sometimes wake up. I can cry well. For 2 weeks, the electric bill, water bill including cleaning fee is 2,8xx even though I work all day and sleep 8 hours a day.The other room stayed for 3 weeks, almost a month. Electricity bill, water, cleaning fee 3,xxxThe best would probably be a Burmese housewife.

The dormitory is good, but the aunt who owns the dormitory is very narrow-minded. The room rate is unreasonably expensive. The water and electricity bills are so high that you don't even have to look at the electricity meter. I will only charge money. There was only one housekeeper who was used heavily. I clean alone and the dormitory has 4 floors. The housekeeper is Vietnamese and can speak a little Thai. The owner of the dormitory's aunt called her out loud. In the middle, there were only small children's things, strollers, toys, bicycles. On the first floor, there was only the aunt's family, which was not unusual, but the sound of children playing was loud every day. Close the door that you can hear on the fourth floor. People in the dormitory don't coordinate well with each other. Whatever you ask, you can answer or not. There was a malfunction and they were not responsible for solving the problem in an ugly way. There were quite a few students in the dormitory, including first-year students. Should find a dorm near the university. But it shouldn't last long. Because including water, electricity and room costs, one month can run into over 10,000 baht. The appliances in the room are some good, some not so good. The bed is hard, the air conditioner is always loud. The water in the bathroom kept flowing and the faucet was leaking.

Location near Burapha University You can walk a short distance to Bang Saen Beach. The rooms are mansions, not very new. But it's clean and acceptable. There's an air conditioner, refrigerator, kettle, TV, water heater, soap, shampoo, and towels.There is a common area for washing clothes (coin operated), washing dishes, and sitting at a table. During the day, there are children who come and play a bit loudly. The owner is a lovely grandmother.

A small mansion with only 4 floors, taken care of by a family system. We will say that this place is very clean. So much so that there was still no dust under the bed (the day my legs were swollen, So I slept on the floor and put my legs on the bed.)The water heater works well, heats quickly, and the water pressure in the bathroom is strong. The refrigerator was just plugged in but cooled very quickly. The air conditioner was very cold. I slept well. The common area has a corner for making drinks and being able to heat food. feel safe There is wrought iron in every room.It is only 1 km from the sea and opposite the Marine Science Center of Burapha University. Near Laem Thong Mall and Nong Mon Market, convenient travel, convenient food ordering. Both of you are very hospitable.
