Everything is good. The owner of the room is good, the housekeeper is good, overall very good. There are no flaws whatsoever. 1200 baht is a great value.

The place is quiet and good. Private parking for 6 cars. Number of rooms: 8. The common area has a swimming pool. You can walk from the accommodation to the beach in 1-2 minutes.

Staying at the Villa B&B is very comfortable, just like staying in a B&B in your own country. Children like the swimming pool very much. There is a shallow area for children and a deep water area for adults. We also specially brought swimming rings abroad. I will stay here again next time I go to Bangsaen Beach. The owner of the B&B is also very kind and full of human touch.

The bed and pillows are soft and good, clean, the air conditioner is cool, there is warm water, good water pressure, the swimming pool is a good size, children can play, adults can swim. There are many restaurants around. Uncle and employees Everyone is cute. Just stick around if the room above is noisy. like a child jumping on the bed The room below will also hear the sound. The overall picture compared to the price for us is considered okay....next time we go to Bang Saen. I will definitely miss the warmth of this place first😊

The room is good, but sleeping like someone tried to open the door all night. Woke up and saw nothing. It's like we're not fully rested. Other than that, everything is good. Regardless, the staff provided very good service. very friendly

- Enter the alley about 100 meters. You can walk straight to the beach. On the right hand side there are plenty of entertainment venues, 7-Eleven, restaurants, many to choose from.- The mattress is soft, not squishy, the room smells good, the service is very good.- Clean pool, housekeeper sweeps all day- There is no breakfast but there is tea, coffee, Ovaltine and cookies.- Extra mattress 300 baht, lots of pillows, 6 foot bed.- 2nd floor has a bathtub The first floor doesn't have a tub, but it's next to the pool. Choose one.- Book through the app, price 800+1,200 baht, if booking directly, normal days 1,200, Saturdays and Sundays 1,500.

The accommodation is very good. The room is fragrant. The bedding is very fragrant. The service is good. We stayed for 2 nights. The kids like it because there is a swimming pool. It's not very big, but it's fun for the kids. The room is 1200 baht per night. We went with 5 people, female 3. 2. They provide 2 extra mattresses, normally 300 each. Ask for a reduction to 2 places at 500. 2 nights = 2400+ extra 1000. Can't cook room. In the morning there is coffee and bread. Just a little distance from the beach. Walk out to the mouth of the alley a bit and you'll reach the beach. At night there is a market full of food. There are 2 bicycles to ride for free. One disadvantage is that there are too many mosquitoes😅Maybe the color of the furniture in the room is black.
