The price is reasonable, considered cheap compared to the location, 450 baht + deposit 100 baht returned when leaving. There is plenty of parking. There is a coin-operated washing machine. Nearby there is a coin-operated laundromat, within walking distance, lots of restaurants, close to the city, you can order Grab, order 7-11, the room is clean, the staff prepare beautiful towels.But the mattress is a little hard. There are tissues, a refrigerator, glasses, 2 bottles of water, shampoo, soap and a shower cap. Coffee and hot water downstairs at the front are always available to drink.P.S. If you leave the hotel, turn left to Lotus, Makro, approximately 2 kilometers. If you go to the right, according to GPS, it will be more than 7 kilometers.

There’s not much hotel options in Uttaradit province. But this place is CLEAN! Building is very new. It’s good as a standard accommodation. Bed is hard though but the price is so cheap. It’s ok for a night or two. I stay here every time I go to Uttaradit. I checked other places already, so far this one is my favorite around here

It's a daily room. Apartment style, very spacious rooms, clean, safe, and most importantly, the price is very good. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely stop by here.

Came to stay on July 30, 2023. The room is very good if compared to the price. Good service, clean room. At first I thought, can I stay at this price? But when I came to see the actual condition of the room, it was more than worth it.

The overall room is good, spacious, the bathroom is a good size, clean, has a clothes rack, has a balcony, has parking. What I like most is the blankets, unlike other hotels, they are good. Good price 450฿/night. There is a key deposit of 100฿. The only problem is that in the morning there is a housekeeper's noise. There was a loud conversation in front of the room. We stayed for 2 nights, probably because we had a first floor room. On the second day, the housekeeper came in to clean and we went out to eat for an hour. I came back not finished yet and waited to enter the room for almost 20 minutes, but I can forgive it because the price is good and the service is good.**Recommendation: In the morning please turn down the conversation tone of the staff, it would be great. Because the room doesn't keep sound 😅

I really like it. The room is clean, open, wide, comfortable bed, has a balcony, wide parking, quiet, not expensive, 450 baht, very worth it. Will come back to use the service again.

450, there is a deposit of 50 baht for the key. The uncle in front of the counter is very friendly, smiles and even wishes you well when you return. When you listen, you smile. Entering and exiting is convenient. Next to the main road, near the intersection, near the restaurant. Going to stay on weekdays There are still quite a lot of people. Parking is reasonable. (Almost didn't park Just push and insert. 55 In blocking parking) I stayed on the 2nd floor. The mattress for me was a bit hard. There is a TV. Refrigerator + 2 bottles of drinking water. Water heater (as standard), towels, and hair towels are clean. Look at other people's reviews and say that the bathroom floor is slippery when you touch it. Oh, it's really slippery. At the TV counter. Tile grout marks peeling off So there were some annoying ants coming out and crawling up the things that were placed there. There are a few power plugs. There's a spot behind the refrigerator and at the TV.

Very welcoming, polite staff, the room was much more beautiful than expected for the price of 450 baht, slept well, lots of restaurants. 7eleven isn't far. If I come back to Uttaradit, I will come back and stay here again.👍👍

Rooms priced at 450 baht have only single beds, no double beds. There is no breakfast. It's a 4-story building, but only 2 floors are open daily (floors 1-2). The rooms are clean, worthy of the price, but the walls are very thin when the rooms next to them are. Let's talk or turn on the TV. will hear clearly There was the sound of chairs being dragged and the sound of roosters crowing throughout the night. But there is more than enough parking to meet the demand. If anyone likes a quiet, peaceful place to stay, I don't recommend this place.
