Unfortunately I cannot recommend the hostel! I discovered bed bugs in my bed there and reported it to the staff. Then I got a new room. Overall, the rooms had a strong unpleasant smell and the hostel seemed unhygienic to me.

The best in terms of location• Near landmarks Tourist walking area• Provides the experience of sleeping in an old building that is unique to Phuket.• On Sunday evenings, there is a pedestrian street in front of the accommodation. Lots of delicious food and performances.The bad part compared to other hostels is the management, cleanliness and facilities. It seems like there are things to check off the list that are there. But I don't care whether people are comfortable using it or not.• Bathrooms are not separated for men and women.• The hair dryer mounting point does not match the mirror. You have to drag it past the plant pot.• The tissue box is outside the restroom.• The soap and shampoo holder doesn't have a label on it. You have to guess which one it is.• The washing machine makes a lot of noise.• Get on the second bunk bed. The steps are far apart and there is a chance of falling.• The curtains only cover the bed 80% so you can see each other's sleeping postures.• There is a locker but no key to lock it.• Air conditioning opens from 7 p.m. - 9 a.m.• Only cash accepted. Both key card and cafe depositsEven the hostel needs to improve in many ways. But the employees can feel that they have provided full service. Beaming and talk cutely to everyone

Very amazing and caring staff!!! I wish I could give more stars to Service if I could!I woke up with a very terrible back problem in the morning whereby I couldn't walk or sit up and the hostel staff were there to help me pack away my washing and bring food up where I wasn't able. They also called the ambulance for me and also brought all of my stuff to the Ambulance.Thank you so much for your help! I'm not sure what I would have done without you!

Amazing breakfast! We got the eggs benedict and muesli it was so delicious they make their hollandaise sauce homemade too! Would 100% recommend

Me and my friend stayed here for 2 nights. The place has great facilities, the bathrooms were really good, the reception ladies were really lovely and helpful, it is very suitable for the price. However, one only bad thing is the mattress is pretty hard so sleeping on your back feels uncomfortable but if you are a side sleeper then you will be fine.,

Absolutely not. It’s one of the worst hostel I’ve been travelling to. The beds are uncomfortable, the plug to charge the phone doesn’t work, there’s mold everywhere, people are strangeThere’s no free water!!Moreover in Hostelworld there was written that the breakfast would be included but when we arrived they said we had to pay for it.

I chose this hostel because of good reviews and lived there for 2 weeks. More precisely, he suffered. There are many disadvantages:* Getting down from the top bed is very difficult and dangerous, you can fall. An additional handle on top would solve the problem.*No common areas to sit outside the room, I had to go to the Limelight mall.* The air conditioning in the room is turned on from 19:00 to 9:00, it is hot during the day.* The air conditioner is turned on very high, so it’s cold without a blanket. But the blanket is very thick, it’s hot under it.* The mattress is hard, my back hurt for a week, then I got used to it.* The pillow is too high and dense, it is uncomfortable to sleep on.*A towel is only provided if you are staying for a week or more.* There are drawers for a backpack under the bed, but you need to buy a lock yourself.* Room without windows.There are also advantages to this hostel:* Friendly staff who are always on site.* Wide bed that can easily sleep two people.*The beds are screwed to the walls so they don't move at all. You can easily twist and turn over on the top bed without disturbing your neighbors.* The room is quiet.* Everywhere is clean and comfortable.* Convenient location in the center of the old town.* Inexpensive.Overall, I cannot recommend this hostel. For the same price in the same area you can find a hostel without all these disadvantages.
