The location is absolutely terrible youre in the middle of nowhere, the rooms are absolutely disgusting could hear all sorts coming from the walls and there was an old used razor in our room. There was also lizards crawling all over the gaf. Don’t stay here don’t waste your money. When we tried to check out the receptionist was hiding even though she said she would come out to us to get our 500baht deposit for the key. I would give 0 stars if I could absolutely rotten. The doorknob to the bathroom was rusty and the toilet had urine in it upon arrival. The price is absolutely ridiculous and you can get much cheaper and better hostels and accommodation on the island.👌

We booked very spontaneously and got a bungalow at a super cheap price 🏷 unbeatable, especially if you come here for the full moon 🌝 party 🎉 you will hardly get a room like that for that price. It's on the street, but it's still quiet here. The pool is very nice and clean, although it overlooks the street, but with the bird 🐦 singing you hardly notice it. You can hear lots of animals through the nearby jungle, which is very pleasant. We booked breakfast separately and are very happy with it 🙏

The owner and everyone is super friendly and helpful. When I came into the room it smelled moldy but this might be due to the fact that the door has been closed for some days and there was still Water in the bathroom. 2nd thing I didn't like is that there were plenty of ants...Yes we are kinda in a Jungle, I know...

We were looking for a place last minute to stay in koh phangan and we stumbled upon Bang Son, we kept adding people to the group so we got the 8 person dorm, it was the hottest place I've ever stayed in my life..even with air con and fans. I think every other room is colder than this one. We all enjoyed our stay at bang son, the family is so amazing and helped us with everything! Cant say enough about them. The puppy is also so cute! The food is great too. I highly suggest this place! The views are unbelievable.

The best place to go whrn you dont want to spend a lot of money. Amazing view you can see the sunset above the sea. very friendly staff. Only minus are the beds they are to hard.

Sue and her family are the salt of the earth. Such kind and caring people. The rooms are all behind the lobby off the side of a mountain with an incredinke view. Close by are two restaurants, and it's away from loud city but not a far scooter from haadrin or ban tai. I would stay here again and again my friends and i had a wonderful time.
