I stayed at this establishment and it was a terrible experience. At first glance the room seems okay, but the furniture is very poor quality, ready to fall apart at any moment.That's not all: the room was infested with cockroaches and lizards! Impossible to rest in these conditions.The worst part was renting the scooter. When he had a problem, the owners tried to scam us by making us pay the full price of the scooter, 9600 baht! Luckily we refused and went into town to find a local mechanic who fixed it for only 3000 baht.Throughout the entire process the owner was extremely rude and arrogant. I strongly advise against this place. These people are thieves and scammers. Run away while there is still time!

Unfortunately we cannot rate the rooms as we were only guests for breakfast. This was really great, both in terms of taste and quantity. Hosted by an “old school” Englishman. Super friendly and accommodating. Price performance is right. Gladly again.

We love this place. We stayed here 6 nights and ate their food most meals. It is absolutely delicious. Try the mussaman curry. Savory! It comes in meat or veggie-tofu. The have great music playing in the dining room. It is a family run business and everyone was kind and helpful. The sun sets over the sand in front of the resort and we chilled to the great music. Our beach cottage had a kitchen but the food was so good we couldn't get ourselves to cook. The is a swimming pool too if you want to cool off without getting sandy. When we left they drove us to a 5am ferry and didn't charge us anything. We will stay here again next year!

We were charged 800 baht a night in the dirtiest Ban Thai area. We were brought to JJ House instead of resort and were told that this is a good deal. The house was disgusting, dirty everything, unwashed towels and ants everywhere. …

I really like the food here. |Simple restaurant with good food and nice atmosphere. I ate there only breakfasts and Thai food and could say they were all good. The portions are big and the prices are pretty cheap.
