We arrived to check in on time, the owner of the place arrived only after the five minutes we waited for her. She asked us to pay an additional 3%. I asked why? And she started yelling at us. She started talking badly and told my friend to shut up and not talk to her. I told her she should behave herself and she said she was not ready to accept us at her hotel. In addition, she added, "I don't like people from your country." Horrible place.

Nice and cozy restaurant. We've been here a few times. Large portions and everything very tasty (we only ate the Thai dishes). Friendly and attentive staff. They listened carefully to our wishes; "we like spicy and not tourist-spicy" ;)Only downside; Ordered a dish with shrimps twice, but the shrimps were not great (overcooked or not fresh).Papaya salad = highly recommended!

Nice, small, family-run restaurant & bar with delicious Thai food and a good selection of drinks. I can't say anything about the attached hotel as we were only here for dinner.You can practically see how the food is freshly prepared in the open kitchen. Everyone is really nice and wishes (e.g. regarding spiciness) are taken into account individually. The food is very tasty and cheap. We had dinner here two days in a row. You shouldn't come late as the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. at the latest. Seating is also limited.If you want to eat well and cheaply in the area or just have a drink, this is definitely the right place for you. The best we have tried here in the price range!

Why would you eat western food in Thailand? Especially when restaurants like this exist?! We love Thai food and the ladies in this kitchen do it so well. So bloody tasty!

We have only gone to eat and it is wonderful. It is next to the road but it is an authentic, pleasant, cozy place. They are very friendly and the quality-price ratio is great. One of the cheapest places but food that is clearly prepared by them and very friendly. I recommend it.

Lovely friendly, family run bar and accommodation. Food is fresh, home cooked and delicious. Great place with a small pool table just back from the beach. Couldn't be more helpful - really recommend staying here if you want to be in Haad Yao

We haven't checked out yet. But you can say that for the price you can be more than satisfied. We would have liked more comfortable seating on the terrace.The crew is very nice, the food is really delicious! I like the boss's laab gai!We felt welcome!

Horrible place, mattresses are very old and dented, staff are reluctant to give sheets, huge cobwebs under the beds, snails stuck on the bathroom walls. No view apart from the rear of other bungalows. Impossible to sleep after 5 a.m. because they raise roosters that crow at dawn. They only clean every 3 days. No drinking water available, pale neon lighting, above all avoid sleeping there.

Food was fantastic, we were there almost every evening to get takeaway and eat on the beach. Ask the super nice owner for her daily recommendations, we once had a freshly caught barracuda. Price performance ok.Unfortunately the atmosphere is on the street, but it's okay.
