The service was terrible. The air conditioner flooded the room, wet some things and the manager just behaved in a terrible way. She agreed to give us a less good room without lowering the price and only after we argued with her for a long time (she hung up on us in the process), she agreed to refund us the money for the remaining days. In short, an unpleasant experience at all..

We received super disgusting treatment, to the extent that we were already afraid at some point of what the bosses could do to us.Although the hotel was in a convenient and beautiful location, we could no longer stay there due to the shocking attitude, we looked for a place to rest and received a list of rules and daily screams.We arrived at the hotel, arranged for one night a room with a light and the other nights a room with air conditioning.We arrive at a room with a light, there is no light, and the toilet is not working.Goes up to the boss and explains to her that we would be happy to consider the money because we don't have a room with either a light or a toilet, and she just started screaming at me and put her hands over her ears and shouted - "I'm not listening to you, I'm not listening to you" and walked away in the middle of the conversation.The day after that the move to the other room, my friend has sprains in both legs, needs help with the suitcase, we asked if you could send something to lend a hand, and she just said no.Later we already moved a room, and we were sitting for a cigarette with friends on the balcony, she came to tell us that we are not allowed to invite friends after 10:00 PM.And at this time, her father is making movements with his hands from behind.Physically we ran away to sit with friends, because we were simply afraid.Afternoon, we are both sitting with a friend having a cigarette on the balcony and she comes to tell us that we are not allowed to invite friends over at all.And in all these things she always said according to our rules according to our rules, at no point during check in were we told about these rules.

Good rooms for those who don't prioritize the hospitality experience, but beware of rude and unpleasant hosts! I recommend reading more reviews to understand why staying there might not be a good idea with such a manager

We stayed in the main house and not Bungalows, and it was pretty clean and in good shape. The staff is always here to serve you and the location is perfect for chill people.
