We still have a deposit open from 2020 because we had to leave due to Corona. Now we would like to make a booking but the resort just doesn't respond. Apparently the resort has been closed for three years, which can't be true since there are recessions from five months ago. I think the resort doesn't want to give us the deposit

RIP-OFF! BEWARE FRAUD!Unfortunately, we fell for it and were approached by a super nice “teacher” in Bangkok and recommended to a TAT because we urgently needed to book accommodation because of New Year. There we were greeted with drinks and received very nicely and a lot of things were recommended to us and after a lot of thinking back and forth and after thinking a lot of pressure, we booked a few things, including this accommodation. Of course way too overpriced. Thanks Jack. When we arrived with the Faire we had to wait an hour and a half for the transfer after having to call twice. Unfriendly ladies picked us up and we arrived at the accommodation. The room was dirty, the bathroom was completely dirty, the curtains had extinguishers and the door couldn't be closed properly. We asked for another room and were shown one but it was just as bad and smelled terrible. We asked about an upgrade and were told that all rooms were like that. We decided to stay in the first room and thought we would only be in the room to sleep anyway. So we had an unpleasant night in this room. The next day we went on a trip and came home in the evening. When my girlfriend was putting cream on my back, I looked towards the wall and at my pillow and I saw something black shimmering through my pillow... we unpacked the pillow and it was completely moldy. The other two pillows were also affected, as was a mattress. THAT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. There was no one at the reception two hours before closing time, but we didn't give up. Employees came and didn't understand the problem (we had the pillows with us). They wanted to give us new, wrapped pillows from the storage room. We couldn't believe it, there were wrapped pillows there and they packed the moldy pillows in the rooms and reupholstered them and think “oh, that’s okay?” Incredible. No one wanted to give us any money back, so we looked for nice accommodation two accommodations away for the next three nights.

We were there in 2019. Different than expected. Very nice staff but the quality was average.Beach with stones and swimming pool with all. Our daughter had a long bath and developed major problems. We left earlier than planned. If it hasn't been renovated in the meantime, unfortunately not recommended

Do not stay here. It looks nothing like the pictures you’ve seen. It feels like an abandoned place. There are bugs and mosquitoes everywhere. The rooms are absolutely not worth the price. The bed was very uncomfortable and there were no bedsheets, just a tiny blanket full of holes. The pool is alright, if you don’t mind snakes falling from the trees (yes, that happened). And the beach is not what you would expect from a beach either. It’s kind of close to the pier but far from the nice beaches which are in the nothern part of the island. I cannot stress this enough, do not waste your money here and also do not let those so-called “travel agencies” trick you into staying here.

Becareful, especially if you have kids, have a group of dangerous dogs there. This one attacked me twice, the owner said she can do nothing. So i do for her.
