If I could give 0 stars, I would.Warning: false advertisement! They changed building 10 years ago and didnt bother to update their photos!!We got a room with broken air con (in april at 42 degrees) and a toilet that wouldnt flush. Instead of giving us another room, which there were plenty vacancies (wonder why?), they sent 3 dudes up there to try and fix it, scratching their heads for 45 minutes. Err... okay?It wasnt til we said we want a refund and to leave that they offered another room with working aircon.Trying to explain to the daughter of the owner over the phone what the situation is, she got so short and actually hung up on us twice because "we werent listening" and she had a volatile tone to her words. Yet she didnt want a bar of our reasoning as to why we dont want to stay there. Trying to get my money back for the nights i didnt stay has been near impossible, though ive not given up yet.I would recommend liturally anywhere else! Terrible rooms, zero service, terrible people to deal with.

Run away !! We had a very bad experience with this place which should not even be available for rental! Unsanitary room, high floor collapsed at the entrance, low floor threatens to fall through at any time, unfinished holes in the walls and no hygiene!! 1 star because we cannot give less

We got a smelly room with the smell of mold, dirty.Everything is old and broken.There is no air conditioning and no hot water.The association's website doesn't mention it and they didn't have another room to move us to.

I prepaid and booked the property then 15 minutes before checkin time they emailed me saying they didn't receive my booking and they didn't have a room for me. Complete lie as I had the confirmation email and receipt as well as a welcome message from them. When I arrived they had no room for me and I kept arguing with them and got nowhere, so I left to avoid wasting my time and found somewhere else. Actually I'm glad i didn't stay there because it looked disgusting and their "reception" was a laundry place with a woman who didn't know 1 word of English.

After reading the other reviews, I arrived skeptical but it wasn't that bad. We had a triple room with 2 fans. A small “hallway” led to the bathroom. You definitely had to ventilate because it was very humid. WiFi didn't reach into the room, but there were different accesses with which you could receive WiFi on the beach.

We had to leave a room and take another hotel. From shame everything smells of humidity, very very dirty and depressing.

One of the worst guesthouses we have been to so far... we arrived and the girl who I don't know if she was the owner was in a very bad state, she gave us a very bad feeling, well they made us wait 1 hour for the room to be cleaned, in theory because it cleans I wasn't too. You had to climb some stairs to go to the room, the floor seemed like it had to be broken... (they were just wooden boards) and on top of that the windows didn't have mosquito nets so we couldn't have them open and it was quite hot inside, the room The bathroom looked like a cave with no windows or anything and there was a spoon inside. Anyway, for what you pay it leaves a lot to be desired, I don't recommend it.
