be warned! The owner of the place is hot-tempered and a crazy.Bad service is a gentle and nice thing to say about him and his service.I asked him to check the air A.C. because even with 16 degrees it was hot in the room because there is no insulation!!He didn't respond and just entered my room without informing me.The next day I went up to him and said thank you and asked in the nicest way possible that the next time he enters the room he should just let me know. before I noticed he exploded and asked if I was missing something and if I was calling him a thief and so that no argument would develop I was the one who said sorry! When I went to extend my visa, I was missing one page of the TM30 and I asked him to send it to me on WhatsApp and he replied that it was on the table and I was welcome to come pick it up. I tried to call 10 times because it's a 20-minute drive away and sent him messages begging and he didn't interest him, and didn't answer.I found someone to replace me in the room and I updated him and he exploded and did not agree to it, this is something people do all the time, he got the money, what does he care who sleeps in the room??? after persuasion he agreed. I cleaned and tidied the bungalow. when the woman who replaced me arrived he stood at the entrance to the bungalow and screamed at her to get away and that she can't come in. and also got a cleaning lady in the room like he is going to rent it to someone else while I paid for another 10 days.In the two and a half weeks I was there, I felt uncomfortable.I don't recommend anyone to go there.A couple of friends who were staying there, asked for TM30 enough time in advance he did not give on time, they missed the day they had to go to renew their visa and had to pay for two days of overstaying in the country which is 2000 baht for both of them.By the way, the rooms are broken, disgusting. The only good thing is the location which is close to the beach in Chalokalam. You have been warned! The owner of the place is hot-headed and a screamer.Bad service is a gentle and nice thing to say about him and his conduct.I asked him to check the air conditioner because even with 16 degrees it was hot in the room because there is no insulation!!He didn't respond and just entered my room without informing me.The next day I went up to him and said thank you and asked in the nicest way possible that the next time he enters the room he would just let me know before he blew up at me and asked if I was missing something and if I was calling him a thief and so that no argument would develop I was the one who asked for forgiveness! When I was extending my visa, I was missing one page of the TM30 and I asked him to send it to me on WhatsApp and he replied that it was on the table and I was welcome to come pick it up.
