Joe and his cats are great hosts went above and beyond to help us and the rooms are spacious modern and clean. Would highly recommend anyone staying on Ko Phagnan to stay here. There is coffee and bananas provided and there’s a food market a 5 minute walk.

We only stayed here for two nights for the fullmoon festival. For the price we can’t complain, especially given it was during the fullmoon. When we went to book accommodation most was sold out or very expensive. It is a 20min drive away from haad rin where fullmoon happens but there are taxis running all night and only cost 150 baht each so you definitely save money. Few restaurants very nearby and we went to a nice food market only about 10mins down the road. It’s also only a 15min walk to the pier so easily walkable after getting off the ferry. Reception closes at 8pm. Overall would recommend for a short stay.

It depends on the room, I was sharing with other 3 guys, the room is super basic and clean is not the best, position is not too bad but if you are in the Island for the festival it's pretty far from Haad Rin. I was living in the first house and the other ones were all of Thai people, this was the best part as the experience.Fun fact : they had sex in the room's bathroom during the night.

Have come to stay here twice now. The owner, the elder sister, is very cute and kind. She helps organize the room reservation very well. The receptionist is cute and friendly, the room is clean. There are complete facilities. I recommend that anyone who comes to visit Phangan stop by and stay with him 🥰🥰

Great place to live near Thong Sala. Dorms are very clean and well-maintained. Common area has kitchen which can be used by guests. Location is perfect, on the main road and easily accessible. Staff is very courteous, thanks to Pukky & Joe for making the stay pleasant. Highly recommended place to stay near Thong Sala pier.

One of the most cleanest and comfy places we’ve stayed. We stayed here for the full moon party. Great location, nearby the market, popular German bakery and great vibe. The owner woman was lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

Avoid this place at all costs||Me and a friend stayed here for two days. Worst two days on our full trip.||Both toilets we’re flooded and overflowing. Human feces sitting there for a prolonged period of time. We specifically asked them not to clean our room during our stay. My friend lost some of his belongings
