Really nice Location! The room was very clean and Amit, the owner Amit is a really nice guy! He gives you everything you need and especially a lot of interesting and helpful informations about the island, Locations and activities! Absolutely recommend this one!

The resort is located at the entrance to Hadrin right after Givat Kofif, in a perfect location on the side of the mountain.The rooms are new and comfortable, the best bed I slept on in Thailand!!Amit and Sophie the owners are an amazing couple who give guests above and beyond the level of service I would expect.Totally value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Joy Houses in Koh Pha-ngan and are more than satisfied! Amit, the host, is an incredibly nice and sweet guy. He takes the time to talk to his guests, sometimes drinks a beer in the evening and gives lots of valuable tips for their stay. These tips were really excellent and enriched our vacation.The value for money was unbeatable. Although we paid a little more due to high demand during party season, it was worth every penny. The view from the house is breathtakingly beautiful - the houses are located on a mountain and offer a wonderful view of the sea. Simply fantastic!The rooms are clean and comfortable and you have everything you need. We can only warmly recommend Joy Houses. If you are looking for a relaxed yet exciting stay in Khophanggan, this is the right place for you.

I initially stayed at Joy Houses in a tent for three days. It was awesome. Amit and Sophie were so kind and accommodating that I decided to go back for a month in one of their cabins. They are awesome hosts and treated me like family. Whatever I needed they accommodated or arranged for me. The jungle mountain view is breathtaking, The service, second to none.The price, very reasonable. Staying here in Koh Phangnan is truly a Joyous experience!

Just the perfect place to stay! We booked a big room for 2 adults and the dog. All was clean, nicely furnitured. The owner Amit was so welcoming! Thank for the hospitality🙏🏼 you make guests feel that they are very welcomed here. Definitely recomend!

We are extremely glad that we chose this place for accommodation! Amit and Sophie, wonderful hosts, greeted us with care and kindness and checked us into beautiful houses. This is clearly one of the best customer-oriented places in Thailand that we have visited.Among the features that particularly pleased us:-Amit taught my brother and me the basics of riding bikes, explained and showed everything, spent several days on it!-The view of the sea from the houses is crazy (in the good sense of the word!)-The Internet was at a speed of 500+ Mbit/sec, which sometimes you can’t find even in other countries, but here, please note, it’s still an island =)P.s. We will return to Amit and Sophie with 200% confidence!

We lived in a room with a kitchen for 10 days. Everything was super. Stove, oven, microwave, toaster. There was even a dishwashing liquid and a sponge. Be careful!!! The balcony is breathtaking)) The view is simply gorgeous!!! You can rent a scooter in the apartment. It's a 20-minute walk to Had Rin. It's a 3-minute ride on a scooter. There's a beach opposite with amazing sunsets. You can walk along the beach to the village. There's a local store nearby. Large shops are only in Thong Sala. There's YouTube on TV. We liked it . I recommend!

We booked the "tent" option, which was surprisingly comfortable with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, it's also very noisy, there's a tent. The driveway is not for beginner scooter drivers (45 degrees upwards).The owner Amit also offers rooms (with really fantastic views!!)Unfortunately, shortly before the fullmoon party, the prices on the island in general were so extremely high (e.g. another accommodation with a dorm! for 100! euros, etc.) that we first moved here, but then moved to Koh Tao anyway (the island was like that anyway almost fully booked with prices that will make you shake your head)Amit was a very friendly host, very helpful and took great care of his guests.

We had really nice days and nights at Joy Houses. The host tries very hard to make you feel at home and he manages to do that. There is a great laundry service, he picked us up from Haad Rin Pier for free and you can also rent a scooter directly from him. He can also give good tips for activities and viewpoints. All in all we felt very comfortable and would check in there again :)

We stayed in the tents, two couples, one tent each. Not only these where THE MOST comfortable beds we slept on by far, but the owner and his family were super nice and welcoming, helped us out with every concern and gave us touristic spots.
