The positive firstThe view of the sea from the room is great!We were offered another room after having trouble with the shower.There is currently a large construction site (new resort) right next door that will probably take several months. This was not communicated to us via Booking, only after we had booked in an information email.Unfortunately now to the less good pointsThe hotel and especially the terrace and rooms are really carelessly decorated. The minimum of the minimum. Breakfast has nothing to do with Thailand.The familiar hospitality and smiles were probably unknown to them.That's why we can't understand the reviews at all.Please note!The hotel is on a hillside and has no elevator!There is also no restaurant in the neighborhood. A scooter is therefore strongly recommended.Unfortunately we stayed four nightsWe had never seen as many prohibition signs as in this hotel on all of Koh Pha-ngan.

We had a great stay. It was clean, the staff are amazing, the pool and view are incredible. The beds are very comfortable. they have a water refill station which is great. It’s a very nice resort to relax and put your feet up. Not much is in walking distance and the cabs are 150 baht per person one way. They have an on site menu most of the day tho which was tasty and convenient! Thank you Ban for a great stay!

The owner changed in 2024. Unlimited chlorine in the pool. The water is dirty, slimy and bad taste.Previously, the Scandinavian owner was replaced by a Thai owner. It must have sold at a high price. A new villa is being built next to here, and all the coconut trees have been cut down to prevent construction noise.Up until now, there had clean water using seawater, and rooms used to cost 18,000 baht a month, but now they cost 3,000 baht a night.It's a shame because I used the room and pool until last year.

Highly recommend the place. Kind and charming people and great rooms. The restaurant is nothing and there is not that much food there, so it is mainly recommended for those who want to stay in the place for a long time and eat outside. In addition, there are excellent and large offices there for those who want to work, a decent pool and a cool private beach.

Super accommodation! Unfortunately we only slept there for 1 night, but we would book again in a heartbeat! Warm welcome, extensive tour, soft bed, delicious breakfast, great view, nice staff, even taken to our next destination and if we needed anything we could knock on her room door. What else do you want?

Room was not at all attractive, at best OK. Unfortunately the beach isn't nice, and you have to climb a hill to get to the pool.Pretty far out of the way

Clean hotel with great views. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is beach access and a nice pool. The staff is friendly and courteous. The sunset here is really recommended 🙏🏼
