Great! Small-scale complex, almost new, cleaning every day. Super nice owner and her husband. They are really there for you and are genuinely happy that you are there. Location is really fantastic. On the beach with all kinds of restaurants on the beach! No mass tourism. You completely relax. Recommended!

Unfortunately I had to cancel my request due to a health Situation and asked kindly min. 3 weeks before if it would be possible to gave me 50% money back but they don't spend a answer back and ignore me totally, also after putting 3 further messages. I also asked the booking agency if they can try to contact the owner but they also ignoring the agency. I know that these kind of request are bothering, and you may have a lot but ignoring customers completely with those request is calculated and the worst you could do. Please be careful and check if you have chances to cancel request with the contract you made otherwise this can be happen.

We stopped at 17 different places on our tour of South East Asia and this was our absolute favourite. Spotlessly clean accommodation located on the beautiful Thong Nai Pan Yai beach. The owner and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.|Don’t let the “ski slope” entrance from the main road put you off.

Unfortunately this is the worst experience dealing with the owner of the hotel. She was inflexible and rude I am not surprised why there are so many reviewers feel the same way. I really think she should never work in the hospitality industry as her manner is absolutely appalling

The couple who run it are very warm and lovely people, making it the perfect hotel for a calm and relaxing holiday. The cleaning is perfect and the facility is very clean. The beach that spreads out in front of me is also very beautiful and is my favorite place.Although the hotel is very simple, it is reasonably priced and has many repeat customers. My family and I have stayed there several times for about a week, and the guests we meet there are also very nice people, so we feel safe and at ease. I have stayed at nearby resorts, but I highly recommend this Limelight.

**Terrible Experience at Limelight Village – Avoid at All Costs**Our vacation was completely ruined by our stay at Limelight Village. When we got there, the owner promised that they clean the rooms and change the bedding every day. However, when we entered our room, we found the bedding full of holes and stains. And it wasn't changed the next day.When we politely asked for fresh bedding at reception, the owner herself came to our room and aggressively insisted that if we were unhappy, we should leave immediately. This confrontational behavior was completely unnecessary and unacceptable.Moreover, when we returned our keys at reception, my wife was insulted by the owner. Her husband was equally hostile and unwelcoming.After checking previous guests' reviews, we found similar instances of the owners' hostile behavior. It's clear that if you dare to express any dissatisfaction, you risk being kicked out of the hotel.In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at Limelight Village. The unprofessional and aggressive conduct of the owners overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay. Save yourself the trouble and find accommodation elsewhere.
