We liked everything here. Stuff is very friendly. Our room was big and had amazing view to the bay. They have Tuk Tuk/golf cart to take you everywhere. I did express laundry and the evening before and they brought it back in the morning. Good value for money.

We recently stayed at Panviman Resort Koh PhaNgan for five nights, booking a package through Luxury Escapes, which included a Superior Hotel Room, daily buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner, drinks, a 60-minute massage, and return speedboat transfers. It was my wife’s birthday, and we chose this resort to relax and celebrate in a tranquil setting. Overall, the resort was an amazing place to unwind, and despite a few minor hiccups, we had a memorable stay.Our Superior Hotel Room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bed that ensured a restful sleep. However, we did encounter some issues with the shower, which was difficult to control. The water temperature fluctuated between too hot and too cold, making it hard to enjoy a proper shower. By the second day, we found a way to work around this, but it did detract from the overall experience.Housekeeping was polite but appeared to be in training, as certain details were missed. Finished glasses were not cleared, and coffee and toiletries were not always replenished. That said, the housekeeper was friendly, and we appreciated her efforts in a fast-paced environment. One small suggestion for improvement would be updating the room's amenities. The room still had a CD/DVD player, which felt outdated. A Bluetooth speaker would be much more practical, allowing guests to connect their own music. Additionally, the lighting at the makeup mirror was quite dim, making it challenging for my wife to get ready for her birthday dinner. A white LED makeup light is need in the room with a resort with so many photogenic spots.Our room was located on the ground floor near the buggy and motorbike parking, which resulted in some noise and a lack of privacy. For a longer stay like ours, a room with a better view and more peaceful surroundings would have made a huge difference. We hope the resort considers room location for guests staying several nights to improve the overall experience.The reception team was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They even arranged a surprise birthday setup in the room, complete with a "Happy Birthday" message and a complimentary cake, which was a delightful touch. The staff across the resort was attentive and warm, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Their friendliness is truly a standout feature of Panviman Resort.The resort's transport service, which included transfers to and from Koh Samui, was efficient and well-coordinated. After notifying them of our Koh Samui hotel, they arranged everything with precision, even contacting our hotel reception to confirm pickup times. The speedboat transfer, however, had a mixed impact on our experience.Entertainment at the resort was a perfect way to end the day. Live music, coupled with a thrilling fire show, created a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere. Having a few drinks while enjoying the evening entertainment became one of our favourite parts of the stay. The pool and massage experiences also added to the sense of relaxation and helped us truly unwind.The most memorable aspect of our stay at Panviman Resort was the breathtaking views and the many photogenic spots around the property. The stunning scenery was a perfect backdrop for relaxation, and we took countless pictures. The food, the friendly and helpful staff, and the serene atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience.While there were some minor issues with the room, such as the shower, housekeeping, and outdated amenities, as well as the need for better room locations for long-stay guests, these are only slight imperfections in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. With some attention to these details, the resort could easily elevate its already excellent service. We hope our feedback will help the team address these small areas for improvement and continue providing outstanding experiences to future guests.

The staff is amazing and just an experience to stay.Our experience at the hotel was simply perfectIt is relatively remote on the island, but nearby there is a country street with restaurants, massage parlors and everything you want. Everything is at an excellent level.
