We visited from Melbourne! Pariya is in a Great location on Koh Phangan island especially if you do not want to stay near the busy & noisey Haad Rin beach (Full moon party). Friendly staff, great food (breakfast/lunch/dinner options), great pool, your own private beach. We took a 45 minute 4X4 car ride up to the hotel which was an experience but you can take 10 minute boat rides to Haad Rin beach to then walk a short walk to the ferry point to get a ferry back to Koh Samui. There is no TV of wifi in the rooms but wifi available near the pool/reception. The rooms were also very large and there is a bathtub available too. A great relaxing retreat style getaway!

Perfect getaway from the busy party island! We stayed here during Full Moon and got a taxi boat next door, 10 min drive. The staff who hosted were lovely! The breakfast was nice and relaxing pool. Paradise! The rooms were large, and cool. We had the best Massaman curry, nicest in Thailand that we ordered it 3 times. Recommend this dish with the flat noodles. We had our own private beach on this island, how beautiful! Eden club is next door if you want to party more after the Full Moon festivities. From Australian Mum and two twin daughters.

Lovely resort located on the right side of Haad Yuan Beach. The bungalows are very spacious and super clean. Big swimming pool on the beach. Food and cocktails were ok too. Perfect place to chill out. 🌴🙏🌴

Very bad experience, unfriendly staff, rooms very dirty. No cleaners. No hot water.Bathrooms worse than a prison cell.I've been to many hostels and hotels around koh panghan and this is by far the worse I've seen in Asia.

** !! Beware of bed bugs !! ** This is the worst place we’ve ever been to. When we arrived back at the hotel, we found out that we have bed bugs. We approached the staff and asked them to help. Their answer was that the bed bugs “can’t kill us” and told us that there’s nothing they can do. We had to sleep by the pool on their pool chairs and we couldn’t sleep for a second.When we spoke to the staff manager at the morning and asked for a refund for the room which we couldn’t sleep at, they claimed that we did not say anything about bed bugs(!!) and staff member that we asked for his assistance, claimed that we didn’t say anything about bed bugs, thats after 3 different people showed him pictures and asked him to come and see the room. We were shocked and couldn’t believe the guy lying to our faces.Eventually, the staff manager said that they are aware of the situation we had but think we could sleep at the room anyway, with hundreds of bed bugs which you can see in my picture . To be honest, all we wanted is to sleep after party that ended up at 2:00 AM. We tried to get a different room or any other alternative, they said that they can’t help with that. We felt truly helpless.I never had such a terrible experience in a place, STAY AWAY.**Edit**The hotel response is disconnected and completely untrue. We did not try to cancel the order before and we didn’t arrive through Agoda. In fact, we arrived at 2:00 AM and all we wanted is to go straight to bed. None of the staff members ever tried to assist and none of the things they described in their comment ever happen (!!). It’s very disturbing to read this comment, that’s a total scam, beware of this place.

Alert: Beware of Bed Bug Infestation! Our stay at this hotel turned into a nightmare when we discovered bed bugs crawling in our room. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the staff were unresponsive, leaving us to sleep by the pool. The manager's refusal to refund our stay, despite evidence and multiple complaints, reflects the establishment's disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid this hotel to prevent a similar experience cost!!

Hui on the outside, yuck on the inside.At first glance, a fantastic facility. Great beach. Nice staff (as long as you are a guest)Large rooms.But the second look wasn't so nice.The water in the bathroom has no pressure on the pipe.The air conditioning doesn't run 24 hours a day. Electricity is also temporarily turned off.If there is a big event in Eden, there will be no peace and quiet. The loud music is annoying.But everything is being renovated there very slowly.

My favourite beach of all time. Rooms huge, the bungalow we stayed in had a huge bath, staff very welcomeing. Pool was fantastic. Perfect for the parties on Saturday (music was faint so could sleep if wanted)

We just wanted to have a place to crash after Bambu Sunday Session. they took 3100 THB for the room for one night, but they turn off their generators to save money from 2 am to 8 am, so there was no AC, no fans, no light, no hot water, no charging your phone when returning from the party. The temperature inside was 36°C, we were dripping sweat and could not sleep. We tried lying down on the porch, but the birds were very noisy plus the store next door keeps chicken so of course the roosters started crowing at 5 am. We didn't get any sleep after all and just started heading back to Haad Rin via expensive taxi boat.Would have been better to just sleep on the beach.
