Been often. Thought it was a wonderful compound. Being on the beach remains great. But it is poorly maintained. And then it is an expensive accommodation where there is no longer a balance between price and quality.

Five out of five stars for the bar. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is good, you are a bit away from the hustle and bustle and can simply end the day with your feet in the Samd! The price level is absolutely reasonable and whether it's a mojito or a beer, it's all there.

I had a wonderful experience at Tommy and look forward to visiting again soon. The staff is super friendly and I think the kitchen makes some of the best Thai food in Haad Rin.The location is away from the noise of the lower part of the beach, so it is quiet at night. And their pool is heavenly.Awesome experience!

Beautiful location, comfortable bungalow. Pleasant and welcoming staff. The cleaning needs to be reviewed because it is a little sloppy.Do not go there to eat because it is very average in terms of taste and variety. There are other much better restaurants nearby. The location is great. Good value for money.

We stayed at the Tommy Resort from 06/01/2024 to 06/08/2024. All the unkindness and unfriendliness of the hotel staff begins when you drag your suitcases to the reception yourself, no one in the parking lot meets you or helps you. We lived in a three-bed bungalow on the second line from the pool, the room was very small, they didn’t even offer a crib, although they saw that we were with a baby. When entering the bathroom, a person taller than 170 cm will hit his head on the door frame every time; my 186 cm husband knocked off his forehead during his week of stay in this hotel. Then, in another hotel, the habit remained for a week of bending over when entering the bathroom :) Breakfast is a la carte, monotonous, you can order only once, you cannot order additional dishes, only juice/water and tea/coffee are available. At most, you can last 3-4 days on such breakfasts, then you get tired of the monotony and scarcity. We were not there during the Full Moon Party, but the hotel administration tried to get to the bottom of a slightly dirty towel, claiming that we had stained it with Full Moon paint. Although the party was on 21.05, and we checked in on 01.06. Although the hotel staff didn’t even try to wash the towel, it was just a child’s pencil or something that could easily be washed with boiling water using a kettle in the room, and they tried to charge us 200 baht for a towel without even trying to wash it.There are a lot of ants near the bungalow, the hotel worker tried to spray them with insect repellent, but this did not help for long. There are also a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel, especially in the pool area after 17.00. It is impossible to sit by the pool, as mosquitoes immediately eat you. We also encountered an allergy after swimming in the pool with our eldest daughter; she was covered in a rash after drinking water from the pool. They use some bad and harmful chemicals.In general, it seemed that the hotel staff didn’t care about all the little things, for example, when it rains, they don’t cover the sun loungers and soft pillows on the chairs by the pool, and then they are wet for another day. Cleaning was 2 out of 5, water was constantly not delivered (you had to bring 4 bottles a day, they brought 3, then 2, then 4, then 2 again). Also, face towels and bath towels were constantly not delivered to the room. For four people and one infanta they brought three sets in total. Then on some days they brought two large towels, but they completely forgot to bring the small ones, it happened that they brought 2 large and 2 small ones, there was no order and no accounting. I had to constantly go to the reception and ask for information.

A really great hotel to stay in. Staff were great and so was the food. Our room was lovely right outside the pool and 10 metres from the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer. Despite being eve day after the full moon party it was clean and tidy!

If you want to drink something nice at the beach, I strongly recommend here.
I didn't stay here but the beach bar is excellent… it has very kind, caring and friendly staff. the prices are very affordable

The service was excellent, ready to help and ready to solve any problem, they try.Everyone is smiling and polite.Our only problem is the shower, which is quite old and needs renovation.Small houses are spacious, in our case one big bed.The fridge is always full.Room service is daily.Breakfast is ok, but it could be better.The position of the hotel is excellent, it is located next to the beach and everything is accessible within a few minutes' walk.
