We were there in March 2024. We urgently looked for a room for a day, and there was instant confirmation. Cost 1000 b. for a family with a child 6 years old. The hotel is small, with steep stairs and no elevator. We were checked in literally in a couple of minutes, the rules of residence and check-out rules were briefly explained in English. Apparently, there were few people in the hotel and it was quiet. There are free instant soups and 3-in-1 coffee on each floor. There are large bottles of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. We were greeted on the beds by cute elephants made from towels.Of the minuses: our windows were on a busy street, it was a bit noisy (see photo)

It should be a B&B. The overall operation, service, and cleanliness are all in line with their prices. The price/performance ratio is indeed high. I will definitely recommend it as one of my first choices next time I come to Bangkok.

The room is very cute. It's a great place to stay. The service staff are good and friendly. Located near Central Ladprao, close to the train, easy to walk to. When it's dark, there's something to eat. Stop by to get something to eat or find something at 7-Eleven. The hotel doesn't have a private lift. Very comfortable, no problems. There will definitely be a chance to come back. Personally, I like it. I'm impressed.

The location was okay. There is a large shopping center just a 5-minute walk away, so it was easy to eat. Cup ramen, coffee, and cocoa are free. There is no elevator. Our room didn't get sunlight, so I thought it was a gosiwon.

Excellent mini hotel. Stayed for 5 nights with two children. Room C6 with bunk bed. The room is very modest, but clean. There is no dust even under the bed. That’s why they didn’t change, although the first thoughts were to move out. The hotel itself has a steep climb to the floors, so we left our suitcases downstairs with the receptionist and simply took the necessary things. Water was brought every day. Cleaning every day. Free noodles and coffee on the floor. The administrator is a friendly girl with good knowledge of English, which simplifies communication. I tried to help in everything. The price for the rooms is very affordable. Near a park and shopping center
