Very cozy wooden house. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was also very nice with colorful tiles. It is led by a super nice little family. They were very welcoming and friendly, explained to me where I can find the temples and the night markets (just a 5-10min walk away), and where to take the songthaews. They even took me to a temple with them and dropped me off at the bus station. The best experience I had in Thailand with any accommodation.

My family and I (32, 32, 5, 3 yo) stayed there for 2 nights and loved the experience.I have traveled to Thailand 4 times (2 times solo, 1 time with a friend and currently with my family) and this is one of my favorite pkaces to stay so far.Beautiful house with different sleeping options (double room, twin room, dorm, family suite), a large dinning area on the ground floor and a terrace on the 2nd floor. There is private parking options in a gated paved courtyard if yoi habe your own wheels. The house is located in a quiet alley behind a temple. There are local food options nearby, a night market and town center walkable distance (+ or - 1km).The beds were comfortable, the shower had super water pressure and a good not flimsy heater. Toast, coffee and tea were available for free in the morning.Best part of the experience was meeting and hanging out with the owners, their daughter and their friend Geng, who had great english and greeted us/spend the night at the house to help out if needed. My kids played with the owners daugther, we talked a lot and laughed together and spent a lot of time with geng, going out to eat, visiting a temple where he was a monk for 7 years, etd. Beatiful people and a beautiful experience. We usually like to walk around and check out the sites and sampke local foods (which we did, of course), but were content to get to connect and meet the hosts. The sixtysix was a perfect mix between a guesthouse and a homestay. The host greeted us with snacks and gifts and was very gentle in his approach, clearly paying attention to our needs and assessing if we were receptive to hang with him our if we needed space. He came daily to water the plants and checked on us.And as for Geng, he was and amazing guide and quickly became a friend. We spent our last night there visiting the temple aftet it was closed and he told the kids the story of the Buddha (with aid from the paintings in the temple) as a bed time story!!5 stars
