Very bad. Booked a room through the app at 22.57 and arrived at 12.00. The counter closed at 11.00. There was no one there. Ask people in the area. This school has poor service. Calls are not answered. There is no notification that the counter is closed at this time. Customers will not have to reserve a room and waste money. Have to waste time and money to reserve a room at a new place.

Call to ask for a room to reserve. The staff informed me to reserve via the website. We said we had never reserved through the website. The staff then accepted the reservation for Dibdee. It's getting closer to the day and I'll call to confirm again. Employees also called We called first, but it turned out that the room that had been reported was not available, not full. What is it? If they didn't accept reservations, they should have told them from the beginning. It's not like I've already accepted it, I'm telling you I don't have it. It's almost the day. Good location, clean, small, compact rooms. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is good, ok. near public transportation MRT Cultural Center, bus stop, near the mall, near the market, there's a 7-Eleven nearby, you can walk there. I was lying down and heard the noise of the next room using water. The room I got was a corner room with no windows. I was shocked. I thought every room must have windows. room But this room doesn't have it. But don't worry. If you are not someone who is serious about views, sunlight, and air circulation like outside air coming in. After all, this hotel is inside. There are only a few floors. You can't see much of the building surrounding it. Be careful when you sleep and forget the time. Because the room has no window I don't know night or day because I can't see outside. Wake up and look at the time.
