The service was disgusting. I tried to sleep during the daytime, they called me twice because they forgot to take the registration information. I replied that I'm busy and I'll come later, but they called me again and they woke me up again.There is no daily cleaning, they just left clean towels and water in a bag by the door. I don't know if this is ok or not.To be fair, the rooms are good and clean.Finally I forgot my things at the hotel. I called them and they immediately said that they had found nothing. I remember exactly where I left the item. Very upset.

It is a place that provides daily room service. Near Hat Yai Bus Terminal, clean rooms, good service, good location, easy to find things to eat. Not far from shopping centers, supermarkets, night markets, restaurants (Halal).

It's a daily room. Good location located behind Hat Yai bus station. Easy to find things to eat, clean rooms, good service. For the opposite side, not suitable for elderly or disabled people if you get a room on the upper floor because there is no elevator here.

The room is ok, close to food, near the Green Night market. Near Central Department Store The room was recently renovated, but it's not very clean. There's a lot of dust. The air conditioning in the room is cool, but they don't provide a remote control to adjust it.😅 And the room is not soundproof. Talking in another room and hearing the wifi, logging in can only use one device. Can't be used with many phones. Said full limit. Checked in for 2 days so I have to endure it. Because all hotels are full and I'm too lazy to find a new one, the price is 500 baht per night.

It is a daily room, clean rooms, good service, located near Hat Yai bus station. Good location, convenient travel Easy to find halal food But the way up to the room is a bit steep. There is no elevator. Not suitable for patients and elderly people.

Personally, everything is fine. But I really want there to be signs between the rooms. Do not make loud noises. Because there are foreign customers coming to stay. Let me tell you, the noise is very loud, like a child care center. I lay in bed and was startled by the children shouting. I feel like I'm not getting enough sleep.

There are many disadvantages to new hotels.There is a balcony door and a window but they cannot be opened, do you remember that we are in a prison?The bathroom does not have proper ventilation.Ventilation that is really refreshing to the nose 😂Not very smoker friendly as doors and windows cannot be opened.3 days in a room with no window. On the fourth day, changed to a room with a window that couldn't be opened 😂Children are very noisy here. Not much, but very loud.Hope you can improve because your hotel is still new. But next time if you don't renew the service I won't come here again. The room was clean and well maintained. Looks like a new hotel as everything looks fresh and new. However receptions staff can't communicate well in English. 😅 We just asked if there's any way for us to pay in QR code or Ringgit Malaysia (RM)

Fri. 17 Mar. '23Terrible, terrible service, that is, I got room 2501. The owner (uncle) only said the room was in the building opposite 2501 = Building 2, Floor 5, Room 01.I went as he said. (Walking up the stairs, no elevator) When I got up to the front of the room door (there was no room number sign) but I thought it might be the right room, so I unlocked it, but couldn't, so I had my girlfriend call me and have him come and solve the problem. Had to call 3 times. The first 2 rounds, my girlfriend called. The 3rd round, I called myself. They said I was going in the wrong direction. You have to go to another intersection on the 2nd floor.After a while, he walked up to meet me on the 2nd floor.When I turned to look at the sign It really has a sign. But I didn't see it that clearly. If you hadn't noticed or if you didn't know before, you wouldn't have seen it (the area around the sign was dark too). So I went up and followed the sign again. This time, I was able to enter the room. When I entered the room, the first thing I saw that wasn't ok at all was a thick TV with a remote that didn't work. Use the plate + box system On old TVs, when you want to access the TV-->AV channel, it's very difficult if you don't use the remote (good thing I can do it).And what's more difficult is that the buttons on the TV screen are very messy. But I tried to do it.P.S. All I'm doing is being tired from traveling so much.Room fee 500+deposit 200=700**The air conditioner is quite old. There is no remote provided. Can't adjust anything.The only good thing is that it's next to the bus station.

The queen bed room is too small and smells bad and also TV not functioning. The family room is at the otherside building. It is big and convenient but no lift. They also don't have kettle. The location is good near the asean night market but the hotel parking is free in the surrounding area.

Very bad, once is more than enough. The picture posted does not really describe the atmosphere at all. The room is musty, has a musty smell, has no remote control for the air conditioner, as if it's forced to be cool. The mattress is old, dirty, and terrible.I thought it was a haunted hotel in the movie Buppharatri. Real experience If you don't believe it, go and see.
