Staying for two nights and there are NO hot water for bath. Had called operator and housekeeping but there are no one come up. We are staying at 16th floor. No room disposable slipper provided. Room and furniture are very old. During check in, reception request to hold our all guest passport. But what i saw they just keep guest’s passport behind the counter floor. I rejected to let them get our passport and they request 1000baht for deposit for each room.During check out, they said need check room. Then show us a picture said there are a broken water glass and ask us to pay 50baht for it. But we never use their glass at all. How can the water glass broken? They refuse to give back the deposit if we dont pay. 😑Totally speechless and no more next time for this hotel!

An aging, middle-of-the-road, 1990s-esque hotel in the middle of Hat Yai town, buoyed only by its undeniably fantastic location.Within walking distance are all sorts of restaurants and amenities at your disposal, 7-11 for your daily needs and snacks; an array of popular eats like pork leg rice, chicken rice, bakuteh, and dim sum; Lee Garden night market and Odeon supermarket (also 1990s-esque) to satisfy your retail itch; massage centres to soothe your aching feet after said retail therapy... If you have no means of transportation at all, you'd still be kept well happy here for days. The rooms are forgettable and not well-maintained. Tacky colour scheme aside (orange and light green? Brown and olive?), multiple light switches do not work and the furnitures are old and creaky. Soundproofing is non-existent and provided toiletries are bare-bones. The saving grace? There's hot water bath is great, and the beds are absolutely comfortable.I haven't tried the hotel food nor the pool, because let's face it. Most of us travel to Hat Yai for the cheap eats and shopping, while the hotel is a necessary depot for some well-earned R&R.Choose this for the location and nothing else.

Last night, booking accommodation was inconvenient. The staff gave me a room that was not cleaned and another room had no mattress. I felt very disappointed.

We came to eat, not to stay. The hotel has a good location and has parking.Unfortunately, the hotel still retains its original decoration. The atmosphere and decorations look a little gloomy😅Let's talk about the part where we come to use the restaurant service. The food came out well and tasted delicious. The fried sea bass (noodles) with kaffir lime leaves was very satisfying. Keep the fish in lines. It's good when fried. The restaurant staff is good. If anyone comes to this area, please stop by and eat. General price(But due to the situation and economic conditions and many changes There are small hotel competitors. and beautifully decorated at a cheaper price Access to technology gives customers more options)
