The worst hotel I have ever started.The rooms we checked were saturated with cigarette smoke.It was dirty inside (hair). Midges were flying. Disgusting bed sheets. Loud music from outside bars.They rejected to refund my payment even, I walked in and paid 5 minutes ago.500 and 600 baht price

Came to stay 5 days ago It's the worst place to stay. The sound is very loud. Both customers and housekeepers clean. Super loud The cleaning isn't really clean. Seriously, cleaning doesn't have to be 5 stars. I'd like it to be better. Many friends have come to open a room here. Everyone says It's the same thing, but we think friends are a big deal. When I met myself, I believed it.

Your hotel is very clean and full of girls who make money. This hotel is inhabited by people. The location where you put it is written as Hat Yai, but it takes more than an hour from Checheng to get to Hat Yai. This is not to deceive the people.

No matter how many times I've come, the water under the sink in the bathroom is always the same.. leaking, no improvements, the TV should probably be replaced.Each TV remote cannot change channels. Should be fixed better.

There was no safety in staying in the rooms at all. We walked and took off our clothes in three or four rooms. The music was turned on very loudly. I informed the staff and no one was interested. I asked to change rooms but they didn't. The staff lied that it was full. When I asked again, the other person said it was about to be full, but the bellhop was very good.

Helpful staffs that is just nice! Rooms are alright and reasonable good given the location, however it does get a bit noisy at night! Very close to convenience stall and food market!

Unhelpful service from staff. Hotel are dark. Water pressure low, we stay at room 310, toilet are stinks, and noisy music came from downstairs nightclub. And i can listen clearly what happening next room. The only good thing is, room are spacious

be careful to all the tourists who come to this hotel.. he kept our passports when we checked in and returned them when we checked out.. the incident happened when I handed over the keys to check out from this hotel, when the keys were handed over at the counter.. a long time ago I was waiting, I saw the counter guard frantically checking the passports of every person staying at this hotel... one time the counter said he couldn't find my passport.. he told me to check in my bag, while during check in I had handed over my passport at the counter. .I almost made a police report because the hotel couldn't find my passport..lastly the counter asked me to check all the passports it had stored..after checking I found my passport tucked in someone else's passport..luckily the owner of the passport hadn't checked out yet if not, it's either changed or lost.. the service at the counter is also bad, I hope those who want to stay at this hotel be careful, guys
