This hotel sucks. It was good at first. We had to extend the day. The manager the day before yesterday said it was ok. In the morning, we confirmed everything and said everything was ok. When we came back in the afternoon, the hotel told us that we had to move out immediately🙄 Even though we checked out late🤨 If the problem you told us was ok and extended, it becomes our fault. We don't care about how much we pay, what we care about is that you have no information about us. Inexplicably, the toilet was flooded, there was no toilet paper, and the housekeeping was completely haphazard in cleaning it. walao ehhh!!!!!

I was accidentally choose this hotel due to the peak season, but the experience is deeply surprising me. When I arrived, the staff is welcoming and friendly. and she is willing to help me the take the luggage even it is not so heavy to me.Overall, the room is clean and price is affordable. Location is convenient to any night market. Definitely will recommended to my friend for the next booking.

The hotel seems new. During the day, a technician came to repair this and that. The sound is so loud that we don't have to be afraid of being lonely. The bathroom floor is very slippery. Be careful and still slip and fall and break your chin. It wasn't enough to walk down and find the receptionist sleeping. Do not provide any assistance. Walked over and looked and then just left us. Plus the room is very expensive. But there was no telephone to contact the reception. We stayed for 2 nights. There was no prohibition sign hanging in front of the room. But they didn't come to clean it. More than worth it🥹🥹🥲 Price 1700 baht per night.

The manager of this hotel is terrible at avoiding responsibility. Keep accepting customers' promises. When there was a problem, he ran away and didn't answer the phone at all. including rooms, payments, and hotel receipts

Stayed there in Aug.Initially everything seemed nice, lobby smells good, room seemed spacious etc.However, upon further inspection, shower was always cold, pool was dirty, rooms are not soundproofed enough that we can hear everything next door.The worst part?I’m left with bite marks on my waist.Big angry, painful, itchy bug bites.Highly suspected that of bed bugs as the characteristics match the description of bed bug bites upon research.‘3-5 bite marks on a zigzag line, pimple-like bump with a dark red center, burning sensation and itch…’Be highly aware of bed bugs if you choose to stay here.The horrifying part about bed bugs are not of their bites but their hitchhiking back to your home.I’m still left haunted and paranoid by the traumatising possibility that one or so bed bugs may have followed me home.Still planning to stay at this hotel?Each to their own, but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Very bad, reserved 5 rooms, got 3 rooms, the rest let me sleep in an old motel next to the hotel. Extremely terrible management The price is not cheap. Already confirmed via Line When I came to the dance, I said it was not firm. Very good at giving 0 down payment. Not impressed at all.

I booked five rooms through Agoda and received a confirmation for my booking. However, I later received a cancellation notice stating that I had cancelled the booking, which I did not. When I called Agoda to verify, they informed me that the cancellation was made by Carrara Hotel Hatyai, and it happened a week before. Now, I am left scrambling to find another hotel on such short notice, especially during the weekend. I am utterly disappointed and extremely angry with this terrible experience. I should have read the reviews, which contained a lot of unsatisfactory and negative feedback, before making the booking.

The room is very small, not suitable for the price paid for a family room. But going in is very uncomfortable, with no more than 2 feet of walkway. The TV was not set to turn on and did not inform the school. Two officials came up. When we arrived, we taught each other, pressing and pressing, saying that the day before there was a power outage, it must have been a power outage, and then we returned. In conclusion, we couldn't watch as before. The bathroom doesn't have a separate shower, soaking the entire room.There is no parking, and the service is terrible.
