Stayed at this hotel for more than 10 days. When I arrived on August 9-10, I was informed that the rooms were full. Even though we have been staying all this time, the meaning is! Will kick out customers who are currently staying. So that another set of customers who had reserved came to stay!! We've been staying for over 10 days. Your income has been earned for over 10 days. It's like we're paying for it. The person who made the reservation took the money to pay. The person who suddenly took the money and paid Some days the sheets are not changed. The blanket hasn't changed. If it's missing, it's still the same as before. Let me tell you, I'm not pleased.

Image on google and hotel name can be deceiving but please read all the reviews that almost all the same.Super bad experience with the hotel.1) Rude staff( staff with attitude) Don’t speak or understand basic ENGLISH so not worth arguing with them.2) Room was infested with bed bugs and the smell of the room is terrible.3) First entered to family room and the child was climbing to the second level bunk bed and the bed just collapsed with the thin plywood without any support at the base. Dangerous for children.4) Aircon not cold at all.5) DUE TO FAULTY ROOM, WE REQUESTED TO CHANGE THE ROOM BUT WAS UNABLE TO CHANGE6) DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE, WE ARE UNABLE TO STAY IN THE BEDBUGS INFESTED HOTEL.7) MOST OF THE REVIEWS HERE ARE GIVEN BY THE HOTEL STAFFS. PLEASE BE CAREFUL

Bad experience with the hotel.Aircon at 16degree not cold at all. Clogged with dirt.Staff don’t speak English, only ThaiBroken bunk bed unsafe for kids.Tons of bedbugs falling from mattress.Some people may said, it’s pirate hotel.

We come to organize a 2 day 1 night seminar.Meeting room with cool air conditioning There is a banquet area, food, and barbecue grilling. swimming poolThe room is clean and comfortable.The swimming pool is the highlight. Both children and adultsThere are slides to play. both big and smallHave fun together. For guests You can jump in the water all day long.On normal days, they offer a service for people to come and play in the water at a low price: 30 for children and 50 for adults, with the caveat that you must wear swimsuits only (work clothes and pajamas are not allowed).There is also a service for selling drinks, desserts, and snacks.

Horrible experience. Arrived at approximately 7pm to an empty reception and had to call a phone number at the door and went on to have a very troubling time explaining that we have arrived and want to check in. Then waited for a looooong time for someone to finally arrive who then insisted that we pay him for our stay despite me showing that i have already booked and paid online. He didnt speak a lick of english and cant read well from google translate, so we wasted more time convincing him to let us to have our room (he was ready to send us away). The whole place is overrated, and the cherry at the top was us being chased out our room BEFORE check out time (and rudely at that).

Rooms are big and clean. A bit far from town but a good place to stay if you bring your own vehicles. Just unfortunate that one of our rooms was smelly. Room 218 to be exact. They should have realised this before we checked in.

Yesterday the power went out for a very long time. I have never encountered a school where the power went out like that. It was a strange experience 😂 but the owner provided very good service. Talk to each other and try to find a way to deal with it by giving the money back and finding another place to stay instead. But in the end the electricity came on. The room was clean, the air conditioner was cool, and the WiFi was a little slow. The swimming pool is beautiful, the children love it, but the pool in the shallow area doesn't look very clean. When I came this morning, there was an electrical surge in the room. All in all, I'm impressed. Get a good night's sleep. The price is not expensive. Suitable for families who want to bring the children to play.
