Too bad, don’t stay here! ! This is the first time I encountered this kind of hotel. There was no service room sign, but I kept knocking on the door and even entered the room without permission! ! When I came in to clean up, I didn’t take away all the garbage, just the large pieces of garbage in the trash can... Because I took a towel as a spare when I went out, the hotel people kept saying that if there was a missing towel, I would need to pay 400 baht. I haven’t checked out yet. I kept checking to see if there was anything missing in the room. Do I need the 400 baht when I go on a trip? When I checked out, I kept making sure that the hotel counter had collected my passport. Are you worried that I would steal the towel? ? The towels in the other room were yellow. They also said that we put the towels on the ground and stepped on them. The people in that room didn't use their towels at all. I paid to stay in the hotel and you taught us a lesson in return. Are you really okay? When we checked in, the hotel counter also collected all of our passports. When we checked out, we heard someone asking why the passport collection counter said that if we didn't accept the passport, we would have to deposit 500 baht. The counter didn't even give us a choice between deposit or passport. Just ask us for a service like getting a passport and it will be closed down. The hotel facilities are not good, there is no hair dryer, basic toothbrush and toothpaste, there is no bathtub, and it leaks. The only good thing is that there is a 711 opposite. Is this hotel still three stars? Not worthy of even one star

The elegent Staff Lady greet us with a beautiful smile, No problem checkin, the only problem is deposit, I hope they make a new rule/policy about Room deposit, because 1000 baht it's alot, and why need to hold our passport? And my friend has been penalty 1000 baht for smoking in the room. Will repeat again🫶

The room is OK. The toilet got a bathtub. We don't have WiFi. There is no facility in the hotel. Next ro the hotel got 7 eleven. Air conditioning needs 1 hour to cool, but it's very cool at midnight.

This hotel was in a great location, nearby to Central Hatyai and Lee Market. There were always tuktuks waiting at the entrance, so getting around was a breeze. My room and bathroom were clean.However, there were a couple of downsides. The WiFi was very slow in my room, making it difficult to work or stream. Also, the air conditioning cooled the room slowly, it took about an hour to get comfortable.

Overall, it is still considered to be in good condition. For us, we still consider the room price to be good value.But we don't like one thing. From the moment you walked into the hotel door, there was a strange smell. And when walking up the stairs. (The room we stayed in was on the 2nd floor. So I chose to walk up the stairs instead of the elevator.)Regarding service, this is still considered It's in the OK range. When you have any problems, call below. Soon he sent someone over.As for the location, if people want a beautiful view Not much recommendedBut if you focus on convenience, I'd recommend it. Because the hotel is directly across from 7-Eleven, if you get hungry late at night, just walk across the river and buy food at 7-Eleven.And there are quite a lot of restaurants around the hotel as well. In case anyone in the morning wants to find a place to eat breakfast near the hotel. Because I'm too lazy to find a place to walk far.

I mean, this is just your average Haadyai hotel. Don't take the "Grande" in the hotel's name for granted. Anyway, the hotel was pretty nice. I guess I got lucky that the staff wasn't on crack and being rude that day. The oldschool aesthetic for this hotel kinda works, although the carpet on the floor I stayed in definitely needed to be replaced. Onto the rooms themselves, It's just okay. The one problem I have with my room was that cracked toilet that couldn't flush, which was abit annoying. As for the location, I think it's pretty convenient that this place is close (about 1km) from Diana and that other plaza I don't know the name of. Overall, you can do way worse than this hotel, but you can do way better.Also side note please do not use the free WiFi here it is bottom tier

The hotel location is great, near to a lot of places. However, the hotel service was so bad. We have to wait two times for the room check in. We were supposed to check in at 12 p.m., but got delayed to 3 p.m. And got back at 3 p.m. only to find out that only one room is ready. Other two rooms will be ready at 5 p.m. The worst was one of the rooms were not cleaned up, everything was in a mess. Not only that, we also had to leave our passport as the deposit. If not, we have to pay cash.

The service is very bad. We arrived early at the hotel to check in at 12 p.m. but the staff said the rooms were not ready yet and they will be ready at 3 p.m. We came back at 3 p.m. to check in and only one room was ready, while other two rooms will be ready by 5 p.m. The worst scenario was one the room was not cleaned at all, the beds were in a mess and the toilet was so dirty. They should not accept a lot of customers if they cannot handle them. Please do not do things beyond your control. I hope the hotel management will be improved after this.

Was supposed to check in at 3pm but for some reason God knows why, the front office said that room will only be ready at 5pm. Went out instead of waiting and came back to the hotel around 11pm-ish. Checked in to the unprepared and messy room. Went to the front office and not even a sorry coming from their mouth. I had to wait for another half an hour to get my room ready. So disappointed with their customer service, so rude and very not accomodating to the guest.Please improve on your customer service as it is not hard at all to even say sorry for wasting your guest’s time.
