I'm providing feedback based on the 3 categories listed here - Rooms, Service and Location.Booked for 5 nights and the room was generally clean. However, when you book a hotel, you want to ensure a good night sleep. Unfortunately, the thin walls of the hotel made our stay extremely unpleasant. There was a group of people in another room that was having a late night gathering with loud noise that can be heard from our room. The gathering was held until the wee hours of the morning and my wife and me did not get a good night sleep. Unfortunately the hotel management did not do anything to curb such noise which was a nuisance to other guests. The room directly upstairs of ours also has what sounded like a metal bar clanging repeatedly that can be heard from our bed at night when we are trying to sleep. We had no idea what the guest in that room was doing but when you can hear metal clanging repeatedly like that at night, it is unpleasant to say the least. Compounded by the noise from the gathering in the other room, it was truly unbearable.Prior to booking we confirmed with staff that parking within the hotel premise is available including the car park in the open space opposite the hotel - what we understood to be owned by the hotel as well. So we rented our car when we arrived in Hatyai. Unfortunately on the 3rd night, we had to park in the open car park opposite the hotel which is fine by us. However, the following morning, we were shocked to see a row of cars parked illegally right in front of the dedicated car park that we parked our car. This obstructed not only our passage to exit the car park but also many other guests' cars. We were absolutely shocked to learn that the hotel management failed to even manage what appears to be their own car park space which resulted in inconsiderate parking by other guests. It took quite a while for the hotel staff to locate the owners of the illegally parked cars to move their vehicles. This resulted in my wife to be late for her conference - something that she had been preparing for many months. Photos uploaded here shows our car (grey Toyota parked in the dedicated spot along with other lagally parked cars) unable to exit the passage as we were blocked by the grey pickup truck, white hatchback and other illegally parked cars in the centre. The number plates of pickup truck and white hatchback are also shown. To the owners of these vehicles, you need to be considerate. Your inconsiderate attitude is a bane to others who observe the rules. What shocked us even more was that the lady of the illegally parked car asked us which car in the dedicated car park needs to exit - which we thought is a most uneducated question ever asked. It doesn't matter which car needs to exit, the fact remains that you should not park in such as way to obstruct all the other cars that parked in the dedicated spot. This again shows the hotel management failed to control their own car park rules. So my wife was late for the conference because the illegally parked cars failed to move in time for us to exit. Will the hotel compensate us for having to re-attend the conference in future? I doubt so. As we took the photos of the white hatchback and pickup truck that blocked our car and other legally parked cars, we also notice the owner of the hatchback resorted to take photos of our car - i wonder why and what for? That we parked in the dedicated car spot and took their car photos because they parked illegally? All we can say to that owner of the hatchback (Chevrolet 1040) is that please be sensible and be more educated. What is the point of whipping out your phone and take our car's photo when you and the others parked illegally right in the centre of the car park.As for the location of the hotel, well it is not exactly in the city centre which is where all the convenience are so it is average to us.Based on our poor experience of the room and car park management, will we return to this hotel again for future conference? I highly doubt so. Will most likely not recommend this hotel to others as well.

They are lovely, good-natured, friendly executives with more than 30 years of experience in the hotel industry. We booked a total of three days and two nights, including two breakfasts. Since we were three people, we had to pay extra for an extra breakfast. . . The next morning when we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, we decided to order two breakfasts because I was too full last night. We told the restaurant staff on the spot that the meal portions were only two. Who knows the restaurant? The staff did not communicate with the counter staff and the people in the restaurant did not record it. On the third day when we checked out, we were asked to pay more for the breakfast. . .First, you didn't communicate well, but you asked the customer to pay for a breakfast they haven't eaten. Do you think this is reasonable?Second, I didn’t eat your breakfast on the day of check-out. Can we also ask you to refund the breakfast money to us? We didn't get any food. We'll get our money back. Damn it. . .Third, the bathroom smelled like urine on the first day we entered the room. We didn't ask to change rooms. The next day, the room was cleaned very casually. Even the garbage I left after eating was collected and put away by Meimei. Even your cleaners who were near the door of the room didn't want to throw it away for me. In the end, I had to take it downstairs and throw it away myself. . . Let's forget about this. I tell you that you are very lucky because I am also a very casual customer. . . It was just the breakfast upon check-out and other things that annoyed us! ! !The only good thing was the guy who stood at the door and opened the door. I left my car keys downstairs. He took them back and gave them to me upstairs. He also opened the door for me to come in and out. He had a nice smile. . .I'm just telling you about my service and experience in the hotel during these three days and two nights. You can refer to it later. . . For me, there are too many hotels in Hat Yai. I will definitely not consider this one again! ! ! !

The room was ok to stay good bed. The hotel is a bit old and scratch. Location is also fine and you can walk to Lee garden street food (if you strong enough). But if want to go other local market with local price, can easily call for grab with acceptable price.

Hotel lobby looks nice, design was unique.But, toilet are full with stains and mole which feels very disgusting while using it, and cement floor in bathroom having big crack which is kinda dangerous if you stepped on it.Hopefully, the hotel management taking seriously in maintaining the facility, as those budget hotel in the opposite road are offering better condition of room with half of the price.
