And what are some things that are forbidden to do in the guest room? There's no need to waste time on something like this. We enter the room within 5 minutes and leave. It's like we've insulted and chosen a customer and then it's gone with just one person. Very disgusting.

I came with another male friend. After parking, go pay. The employee asked "How did you come?" and said that he would be leaving after waiting for his friends to eat. And asked the employee what kind of coming, what and how.. The employee informed that if you came that way you would have to pay a deposit... I would like to ask if this is sexism or what? Is that something worth asking? Does it look cheap or not? .... I don't recommend it at all.

Poor service. Who wants privacy?Who will come to stay? Recommend to stay somewhere else. The guard has very bad manners. Come walk around and scout. bad words Making faces at customers Say it like you're asking for a free stay. The air conditioner was loud and there was a problem. We went to tell them and they just said they couldn't do anything. In the end, they told us to just sleep (speaking in a bad way). I understand that the technician wasn't home. But you can choose to use good words, but you don't use them and then we sleep for 3 nights. There is no service at all. Water in the refrigerator was not put in. We drove past and made faces. Because I spent 3 days there. The money has already been collected as well. But if you haven't paid yet, it's probably already gone.I've never compiled anywhere. You are the first.

Our friends reserved 2 rooms because they wanted to use them as a place to stay and be convenient for traveling to their graduation ceremony. But the resort only has one room available. Our friend booked a total of 3 days. We went later and arrived before the last night. Arrived at the room around 2:00 a.m. In the morning, the staff walked in and complained about why there were so many people there. Many pairs of shoes, 3 cars parked (each person has 2-3 pairs of shoes), my friend's mother explained to me. In the evening, my friend's mother asked the staff if there were 3 people who couldn't stay together because it was not convenient to separate the couples. If the room is separated, the other person must sleep alone. Convenient to add money (The night care staff stood and argued with us. Said that if you add more you don't have to open a new room. We said that we would increase according to the room price of 450 but asked to stay with 3 people and they said that if there are 3 people there is nothing to add. We are okay with paying this price) and the morning staff said they could sleep 3 people but added 200 baht. The night staff argued in front of us that they didn't need to open a new room. We are customers and use the services of your resort. And we didn't just stay for one night. If you want to pay more money, you should tell us well. We are ready to follow the resort's agreements. The resort should give a little warning and train the staff's habits.As for the daytime employees who came to warn us, we understand. Because we ourselves are at fault. But the night service staff should have a little more experience in providing service. 450 baht to us is not expensive, but the air conditioner is loud and the water won't be changed. Very bad service.
