Cozy and very clean, location not that far from city centre, and calm surrounding. Got 7-Eleven next to the hotel and dim sum restaurant across the road. Very easy to get TukTuk and other mode of transport. Friendly and responsive staff. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to stay outside the busy city centre.

Note ⚠️ Follow Google Navigation from Songkhla to the hotel and you will pass a railway bridge. The height limit is 2 meters and only cars can pass. You need to choose a route that bypasses the river.

Here is some main points to be consider before choosing this hotel. We came and stay here to survey for our family day program and bikers event.1. Back pain and not ergonomic to their main lobby access. No trolley services. Have to use their staircase from parking to lobby. If you’re using wheelchair or baby stroller or carrying many luggage must consider this issue at first matter.2. Bed pillow provided for 2 pax only 1 pillow for each pax. Each pillow too slim/torn and not meet as standard hotel. Not comfortable.3. Water shower consider slow and need to improve. .4. Cleanliness of room and toilet just moderate. Some dirty at room corners and toilet floor/walls.5. Room door entrance found not balance has a big gap from door frame.See the photos to believe.6. Overall hotel’s staff & Receptionist on a day and night shift was good attitude however your Hotel Manager on duty so called Arkon / Joe was not friendly and refused to talk and help us to discuss and find the solution about an issue with Agoda booking system. It was having duplicate booking without our consent.However, Agoda customer service helping us with immediate response.7. The hotel manager is main person to represent the hotel hospitality however your management failed to teach your manager to behave as human when dealing with customer since I was extended room rental on another day at your hotel. The only solution just call us to verify about this duplicate booking since already provided Thai mobile phone number and rejected that a mistake from Agoda. It’s just required a Simple action but because to chase the sale only maybe for few dollar would changed their kind of action? Shame on you!Hopefully the hotel management could focus more on hospitality and be more friendly to your customer instead of rectify some main issues as stated above.

It’s a new hotel, the room quite big and spacious. Location abit far from town, need to take grab to town about 10-15mins. Beside have 7-11 and restaurant/cafe.

The room is clean, the single bed is 5 feet, if there are children, an extra bed should be added. Medium sized bathroom Separate the wet zone. There is a hair dryer and WiFi available for 2 devices per room. Parking is quite a lot. There is a key card deposit of 100 baht. The location is convenient if you bring your own car.
