The first time I went, I was already impressed. The rooms are clean, the equipment in the rooms is complete, the view is beautiful, the staff are very polite, the service is good, they are always helping to solve problems for guests. This is what I like. The location is close to places to eat, very satisfying. Ample parking. Excellent safety system👍

Very D, everything is good, new hotel, staff, lovely housekeeper.There are three cute dogs too haha. When I park the car, he always comes running to me and comes to play with me.I don't know if it's the hotel's dog or not 🤣🤣🤣But she looks completely chubby haha.

Overall, it's very good. The room is very good. Everything is good. There's a little too little parking space, but there's enough parking.The housekeeper speaks very well.The guy at the counter spoke very well and was very kind.Received very good service.

Stayed on May 3rd. It's a Deluxe room. Clean room, attentive staff. Excellent service But something unexpected happened: the air conditioner had a problem making it impossible to sleep all night because of the hot weather. The employees have already gone home because the accommodations are in the style of rooms and do not have hotel staff on duty 24 hours a day. There will only be security guards. But in the morning the hotel acknowledged the problem and was ready to take responsibility by refunding the full amount and giving another accommodation voucher as an apology for the incident that happened with using the service this time. Plus, my son forgot the item and quickly sent a message to let me know so he could go back and pick it up in time before returning to another province. I would like to say that this accommodation will be my regular place to stay if I go on business to Hat Yai. Due to what the hotel has shown responsibility for today's events. Seriously, just the hotel transferring the money back was more than expected, plus giving a voucher. It made the frustration we had to experience like this because we wanted to rest disappear immediately with what the hotel gave us. Recommend staying here. Full facilities, mattresses, pillows, blankets, soft and comfortable to sleep on. If you don't encounter problems with the air conditioner, give it a 10/10. Most importantly, the staff's attentiveness to guests is very good.

The staff are lovely, speaking because the room is spacious and there is a small kitchen provided. There is a dining table, a large refrigerator, very cool air conditioning, a wide balcony, a view of a small canal, nice and open, not crowded. Very impressed here But it is recommended to improve the floor of the room because it is stained.

It is a very hearty hotel. Long holiday has the opportunity to rest. There is a clear room rate that does not add more. Lovely staff, very good service. cute maid The room is brand new, clean, spacious, king size bed, safe. On the last day I intend to stay longer. But had to rush back quickly and already failed 1 but received a happy heart from the hotel. I recommend it. It's close to university and other shopping areas as well.
