Good location. The room is beautiful. Cockroaches and rats running around on the ceiling. I often hear them. Not much soundproofing from above. The mood is like a dormitory or apartment, but the decoration is like a hotel. Security guards are good. The owner recommends good restaurants. But the rest didn't come to talk much. I understand from the point of view that I would like the guests to be free and relaxed, but come out and say hello a little. Guests will probably smile more.

Impeccably good, spacious room, soft pillows, not hard bed, complete amenities. The price is less than a thousand. Near the source of food There is parking available and staff are always on hand to take care of you.

We rented a bike here. Great service! Customer-oriented employees and the director himself. Some advantages when communicating. Highly recommend! The girl administrator (I never wrote down her name) is so smart!

A lovely, friendly hotel with hospitable staff, good location and a truly cute little place to have breakfast in the shade of flowering trees. Not far from the beach and close to a great curry restaurant. Elevator is a plus and so are the comfy beds. My stay was easy and pleasant so I have almost forgotten how annoying my travel buddy can be sometimes. Thanks, Apa-tree!

room was nice, balcony had a nice view into the green. close to the airport and not too far from the beach. you need a scooter to go anywhere tho. nice thing is that the hotel rents scooter for a fair price!

I would say that the hotel itself is a 3 or 4 out of 5 (adequately priced), but I'm giving it a 5 star review due to the personal treatment received. My friend and I travel on a budget, relatively speaking, and I thought it was nice that the staff were very easygoing in letting us leave our lugagge with them for a whole weekend after checking out, then letting us hang around comfortably while we waited for our ride to the airport, helping with arranging said transport, etc. Also, we rented a bike for them and it got a tiny scratch and they were also understanding and friendly about that, to the point that we even gave them some extra money that they never asked for, just out of a sense of duty. Nice people!

The owner is very, very kind and supportive. We were super late for check-in and check-out. The room is very clean. The hotel's location is very near Michelin-starred restaurants. If I have the opportunity, I will come back to visit this hotel again.

The room is ok for the price. The owner is very hospitable and cute. At night there is a security guard watching the car. It's quiet and suitable for sleeping and resting. It's close to a lot of tourist attractions. Delicious restaurants are just a short drive away.

This was the most amazing hotel, I have ever stayed in Thailand.The kindness and friendliness of the staff and locals, surpassed my expectations, making this an amazing experience in Khokkloi.I highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Khokkloi.Room is amazing, clean, comfy and modern.Reception staff and all staff are so helpful and courteous.I definitely will come back to this very same hotel if I ever stay in Khokkloi.Well done to all Staff of Apa-Tree Boutique Hotel, keep up the 5 star amazing service.
