We walked along the beach from Nang thong and found this awesome restaurant overlooking the beach and the food was the best we found in Khao Lak. The highlights were the fried shrimp cakes, the spicy seafood salad, the chicken larb and the pad Thai

Very lovely and nice hotel. Quiet & peaceful!Breakfast could be a little more extensive.Sunbeds is only reserved for “longstay guests” (more than 2 months). Though you see the guest most of the time on the same sunbeds lying. Also is this the matter for breakfasttables. Restaurant has good food, but it is not easy to find a free table without reservation. Especially during dinertime. Also the massage needs a reservation. Staf is excellent, works long hours.

I wanted to look at facility for my next stay in thailand and go to restaurant but the hotel staff was rude and do not let me in as I am from x10 hotel what was suprised. They just kick us out and we could not even see the restaurant. I happen february 2024, so i am not recommending this place.

We stayed at this resort for a week. The staff, whether reception, gardeners, cleaning staff, restaurant, etc., were all very friendly and always had a smile on their faces (even after many hours of work). The facility is very nicely laid out. Lots of shady trees and lots of flowers. The bungalows are simply but functionally furnished, everything works perfectly. Worth mentioning, very good beds. Air conditioning was quiet, no problem sleeping. Every day you get two bottles of water, coffee and tea, a kettle is available, as well as a refrigerator and a safe.Beautifully landscaped pool with loungers. Towards the beach there is a very large shaded lawn with lots of deck chairs. The beach is also nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was also very good with moderate prices. We can only give this resort and the entire staff top marks. Thank you.With so many guests, there are of course a few things that were noticed negatively. I would like to point out that the following lines have nothing to do with the facility or staff. Right at the beginning of our stay we were spoken to in a very unfriendly manner by a smoking German lady with a piercing look in her eyes; I've never seen you in this resort since you guys just enter the resort and spy around, look in the windows, etc. We thought we were in the wrong movie. She then received a corresponding answer. We've never experienced anything so cheeky. There are many long-term vacationers who stay here for two or three months. Some are very nice, others are the complete opposite. They place themselves above all other holidaymakers and feel like they have more rights. This is clearly visible in the deck chairs with towels early in the morning. Then sleep again, then breakfast and at the pool at half past ten at the earliest. Unfortunately a German bad habit in Thailand too. In Thailand, changing clothes at the pool and standing around with bare bottoms is a complete disregard for the culture and hurts the feelings of the people who work here. The bungalows or toilets at the restaurant would be very close. We hope that something changes in the behavior of the guests, the staff deserves that.

It is very nice and clean in the resort Kaholak. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, it rained again and again for 16 of the 18 days, and all plans literally fell through. The surroundings outside the resort were also very exhilarating. The beach is not clean when you go for a walk, the sandy beach goes away, so you have to look at walls and stacked sandbags, next to rubbish. In the nearby town it is not pleasant at all, it stinks and is just as unclean as on the beach. I wouldn't visit again for such a long trip as the weather was also a disaster for this time of year

We stayed in the X10 for 3 weeks in March/April 2023. We ate lunch every day at Lah Own. Very good food, great smoothies and first-class friendly service! We also took a closer look at the facility - which convinced us - we will spend our next vacation - if possible - in this resort!

A very nice and quiet hotel complex on one of the best beach sections in Khao Lak, no stones and easy swimming possible even at low tide. The pool is large and very clean, there are enough sun loungers.The room was very clean and in good condition, the beds are not too hard and there is everything a tourist needs such as: refrigerator, hairdryer on request, safety box, shower gel and shampoo, TV and internet, the towels are changed daily, warm, good shower, etc. There is enough storage space, but the aircon is difficult to adjust. The bathroom is okay, maybe a bit dark. There are also enough sockets.There is no opulent breakfast buffet, you have the choice between 3 different set menus: American breakfast set, muesli, Thai soup. Fruits, juices, rolls, yoghurt and Friedrice are also offered in buffet form. The food in the hotel restaurant is also very tasty and highly recommended, large portions, the prices are a bit high, but right on the beach and with a sea view.The staff is attentive, helpful and very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
