Excellent location almost in the center of the island. The common room has 8 super comfortable beds. Nothing squeaks! Air conditioning and fans. Excellent shower room with a view of the jungle and bathroom! Purely. Wonderful hostess! There is always someone to talk to. Ideal hostel!

Great accommodation in a quiet location. The owner is very nice. You have a lot of privacy in the beds and the showers and toilets are very clean. The building is modern and is surrounded by greenery. There is free water and coffee, as well as shower gel. You can easily rent a scooter and explore the island. The many cats made my stay in the Farm House sweeter.

The owner is exceptionally kind and friendly! Huge beds, very clean. Lots of cats around (but not in the dorm). It's way better to book directly (+66925558119), you'll get better price.She can also arrange scooter rental that will wait for you at the pier already!

Wonderful little homestay in the nature, perfect to chill watching birds, butterflies and lizards, peaceful.Private room is an actual junior suite, two big rooms, wc and shower separared, huge aircon, giant beds!Owner is a lovely lady sooo helpful and nice. Touching to chat with her and hear stories about real life issues on the islands after covid…we’ve been so happy to help her!Thanks

The accommodation is about 10 minutes by scooter from the pier. The landlady organized a scooter for me, which was parked at the pier, with which I could then drive to the accommodation. In general you need a scooter on the island, otherwise you're lost. The accommodation is in an idyllic location in the green. The building is new, the mattresses in the hostel are firm but comfortable and 140cm wide. There is a well-functioning air conditioning system and many fans in the room. Each bed has its own fan, light and socket. You get a pillow, blanket and towel. There are two toilets and two showers in the room. Soap and toilet paper is available. In the common area there are chairs, tables, a kettle with coffee and tea, a refrigerator, microwave, cutlery and crockery and free drinking water. What bothered me a bit, however, was the water for showering; since the groundwater is very rich in iron, it was a bit reddish. Otherwise, you have to know that there are a lot of cats on the premises and in the common room, as it is completely open. But the cats don't get into the bedrooms. The landlady is sweet as pie, a total sweetheart. She tries everything to make the stay perfect and completely sacrifices herself for the cats that came to her during Corona. I would stay there again at any time!

The owner of this hostel is amazing. I stayed here with a friend and we had the room to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this place. Don't forget to say hi to Simaur when you come in.

Very good hostel in the middle of the island in the jungle.Beds are huge and have curtains all around the showers and toilets are clean and in good condition.The owner is so nice and caring.Highly recommended

We stayed there with my wife and it was a great experience, very attentive staff who even dropped us off to our ferry when we left. We had a very good breakfast. To summarize, it’s a great place with great value for money to stay during your visit to Koh Yao Yai.

Awesome place to stay in Koh Yao Yai. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It's the first place I've been to, where every dorm bed is queen sized! And the view from the window / terrace is quite scenic over the opposing hill.As public transportation is not really existing on the island, you will need a motor bike, but there are some places at the pier, that have them for rent.Had a great time there and would stay there again!

Perfect, private and quite location in the middle of Koh Yoa Yai, owner is super friendly. If you arrive to Chong Lard pier its only few minutes by motorbike and if you ask owner in advance, she will provide motorbikes directly on pier! :) the building is separated for two parts - one is just one big room with two huge beds and private bathroom and second is for bigger group like classic hostel. Rooms are basic but air conditioner is available and bed very comfortable, best value for price. Would stay again :-)PS. If you are looking to buy a cold beer, visit Family shop minimarket 5 mins from hostel, its only place to buy any alcohol in Koh Yao Yai :-P
