Accommodation near Cafe Chada Ample parking The accommodation has a motorbike rental service for 250 baht each. To get a car, you have to fill up with gas first. 750 per room If you want to be picked up at the pier The accommodation has a pickup truck that comes to pick you up for a price of 200 baht per trip. The accommodation has air conditioning, a kettle for water and coffee, and the bathroom has a water heater. Slide bathroom door There is a balcony at the back of the house. In front of the house there is a table and chairs for sitting. The owner is friendly and can negotiate check-in and check-out times. If you want to go to Khai Island, you can contact the owner of the accommodation.

Beautiful houseIt's just swarming with ants and a lot of mosquitoes, so it's highly recommended to sleep with a mosquito net

Do not stay here. We arrived with high hopes but we’re let down instantly when there was rat droppings found all over the room and bathroom. We asked if we could be moved to another room, only to find this one in a worse condition. I politely explained to the owner that we were not willing to pay the full amount for such an unclean room and due to the time of day, had no where else to stay. This was met with shouting and a lack of any compensation. Instead of offering to clean the room straight away, the lady gave me my money back and told me I didn’t have to stay here. As soon as my partner came over I was then completely ignored and he was offered his room cleaned. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from all of the staff.

Not great. Upon arrival we noticed rat droppings all on the bedroom floor and bathroom floor, once telling the staff they proceeded to get rather loud and angry about it and decided to move us to another room which also had rat droppings, so we demanded they cleaned the room properly which consisted of them sweeping and hosing down the bathroom… there was no compensation and a rude attitude from the old lady that owns the place. Her daughter was useless and the man did nothing but sweep the room. The location is good and the actual room itself is nice, just not clean and ran by unprofessional people…

Ideal quality for the money. Small cozy bungalows. Friendly staff. They allowed us to check in earlier than expected. Opposite across the road is a delicious restaurant with an amazing view.

I recommend candy houses. Clean, cheap, nice and friendly staff. The owner deserves praise, who helped with arranging trips, transfers, a scooter, and laundry. The host also saved us from trouble. During our stay on the island, we decided to change the hotel located in the south. Upon arrival, it turned out that despite the reservation, there were no available rooms in the new hotel. The owner of the candy house helped us find accommodation for a few days, which was not easy due to the high season, and as soon as a place became available, he welcomed us back.

Fair price, with the basics. But when I paid for my room, the lady made a mistake twice in a row by giving me less money than agreed. Fortunately I was vigilant. I don't believe in chance. It's a shame, it made me want to leave. I found another hotel at the same price where I was very well received.

I stayed in the apartment not in the colorful littles houses.1- the room is super dark and the light was not enough...2. Not room service, is tayed here 3 days no body pick up my trash, or clean the room. They only left water outside.3 the room was dusty, there was spider web in every corner and the wall was full of Cacoon not sure what type ! 🤢4- the walls from the bathroom were yellow... you can't tell nobody has cleaned it5- Brown sheets! This is the first hotel i stayed it has brown sheets, You can not tell if these are clean! And after looking the room it make me doubt about it.6 the bathroom door does not close if is kot from inside with a lock... which is annoying because at morning the shiny light will come thru the window in the bathroom and wake you up!7- fan are not enough to survived the high temperatures!8 -the location is good.9- the manager is friendly that is why I am given 2 starts and not 1!
