We booked this accommodation based on the positive reviews, but it was all fake!!!There is no German owner, the “manager” is based in Bangkok.Nice little complex in the countryside with a small pool.We had a bungalow that was spaciously furnished...with some deficiencies (no hairdryer, no socket in the bathroom, broken lamps).Quietly located, within walking distance to the beach, the market, shops, bars and restaurants, taxi ranks and ATMs.The breakfast is extremely bad!!!200 meters opposite the complex, food on an allotment in a "shed" ...poor communication, food on an allotment: either omelet or fried egg or, or, or ....The tenants are very nice and helpful, communication is moderate.

Very nice, well-kept small boutique complex in the center of Khao Lak, in Bang Niang Beach. The beach, shops and various restaurants are within walking distance. The German owner is incredibly helpful and hospitable, taking care of every need. The staff is also above average friendly and helpful, even for Asia.

Cozy small hotel, which has large rooms and a quiet atmosphere. Well suited for families with children, and others. The hotel offers breakfast, but has no restaurant. If you want a hotel where you feel silence, this is the place for you. It is still not far to go to a restaurant/pub if you want. Sunbeds are available for everyone by the pool. Cost us a lot. But could think of a slightly more varied breakfast, therefore 4. Have a good holiday
